Natasha Denona Holiday 2019 Swatches - Gold, Gold, and Gold!
In Natasha Denona’s holiday 2019 collection, there are two gold-hued products that launched earlier this week, which I’ve swatched and included below. The holiday launch includes a mini, five-pan palette, highlighting duo, and a mega eyeshadow palette.
Natasha Denona Gold Mini Palette ($25.00) is a Sephora-exclusive and contains five, miniature-sized eyeshadows designed to complement the original Gold palette. The mini palette includes two mattes and three shimmers with one of the five shades being a repeat (Dark Sepia).
Natasha Denona Glow Gold Highlighter Duo ($42.00) is a new, ultra sparkly/metallic set of gold-hued highlighters. It features the Diamond Powder and Super Glow highlighting formulas in new, exclusive shades.
If you’re looking for a review (and swatches!) of Natasha Denona’s Metropolis palette, you’ll find that here.
I’m on the fence with both of these. They’re beautiful but there is something about them that has me really conflicted.
I really like the mini palette, though it seems more green than gold (which actually makes it better for me). This is a palette I might consider buying, but I probably have dupes.
I bought the e/s but waited on the h/l as i am pale and goldy golds aren’t ideal but looking at the swatches, i am glad to skip. That glitter diamond top coat isn’t worth $21
what is this beautiful lipstick? 🙂
Exactly what I came to ask because I don’t see the list of what’s on her face, I assume because this is just the swatches and not the full review.
Yes, please give me some time to get everything up! I only barely squeaked through today and got these up. It just takes me longer to add all of the details, find dupes, write reviews, etc.!
No worries Christine, take your time. It’s just that everyone loves what you wear.
Hello, beautiful gold and olive palette! I suspect I might have dupes for all those colors, but I’m tempted anyway because it would be great to travel with.
Hmm the highlighter looks really chunky
Because I believe that it would also compliment my new UD Naked Honey Palette, plus a few others, I’m very interested in that Gold Mini palette! LOVE that matte grass green, too! ???
Oh yeah, I bet those two palettes would play really nicely together 🙂
YES! Thank you for swatches while I patiently await your reviews!!!
Something keeps calling me on this palette, but I don’t think it will work well on me. Your left eye look has the coppery gold highlighter as a shadow, correct?
I only used the highlighters on my cheeks, not on the eyes!
It’s nice if you don’t have any gold or olive shades – I think the middle shade D’Or might have a bit of fallout, but the matte shades look good. I am not quite sure about the highlighting duos – they look very glittery to me.
My palette arrived yesterday and it does not disappoint. I love every shade in it, especially the green duo Chrome.
Wooo-hooo! I am so glad to hear this, Brenda. I just ordered it today and I almost never order stuff I can’t see in person for myself but I took a chance with this. So glad to read that it’s as good as I’m hoping!
I’m liking the look of that mini palette. I hope it’s available in store soon and I might just grab it!
So, it turns out that this is online only (I hoped it would be otherwise since Sephora carries ND’s other smaller palettes in-store). But – very atypical for me – I just placed an order. For $33 (in Canada), what have I got to lose? I can always return it (very unusual move for me) if I’m disappointed. Quite excited awaiting its arrival, though!
The eyeshadow palette is lovely, but I think I have close enough dupes of the greens. It is the first ND palette that I love all and would use all the shades though. Might have to think this over some more!
I couldn’t wait for the review on the mini gold eyeshadow palette! I hope it arrives quickly! The swatches look great, except for D’Or, a color that I’d use minimally.
I’ve been impressed with the quality of Natasha Denona’s shadows & hope this mini palette doesn’t disappoint!
The Mini Gold Palette will soon be mine.
This is very pretty and I love your eye looks. Plan to pick it up.
I’ve had the Gold palette on my wishlist for ages, but can’t bite the bullet on that price. Thinking of picking up the mini to see if it satisfies the craving.
Hmm….I’m surprisingly in to that mini gold palette. But I can’t just blindly purchase without swatching in store. Every other mini palette I’ve swatched in Sephora has been 100% garbage. Having noticed that, the full-sized Gold palette is one my favorites, with only a couple of “misses.”
This must be the first ND palette that’s really made me want it, even need it. I do hope I have dupes for most of the eye shadows in it. If not I’ll hvae to see if our local Sephora carries ND, if not, I can just give up and save the money for the next want makeup.
It’s really a beautiful little palette, I can see a lot of looks from just these five colours. Well done ND.
