About this Story

*NOTE: Slowburn, Savage, Jilted, and Urban from the Electric palette use a red pigment that has been found safe in Europe but AFAIK remains untested by the US FDA. As per my call to them roughly 4 and a half years ago, Urban Decay customer service recommends that these 4 colors not be used for tightlining and that people with eye sensitivities should keep them away from their eyes altogether.
