I am boycotting Ulta. After more that a dozen attempts, they have failed to correct my contact information. This results in me not receiving birthday gifts, percentage off specials and multiple other benefits. I’ve shopped Ulta in store and online for over 20 years. I have spoken to customer service and supervisors multiple times. Most recently I received a code for 20% off the entire purchase. The code didn’t work.
I’m simply fed up. I’ve been at maximum status since the levels began. They tried multiple times to hire me in the store bc my make up application was great.
This is what Ive gotten for my time. I give up.
