Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

For performances, I try to emulate the feeling of the piece on my eyes. I did a Harry Potter routine and felt like I needed to make sure each house had a color represented (except for Hufflepuff, since I was dressed like one). But in everyday life, no.

I sure do! At least when I’m both feeling inspired by something, plus have adequate time to get it all planned out and applied just right. These are my most enjoyable looks to do! Nature, a movie thematic, or doing a color combo that I’ve seen someone else do, but tweaking the placement of shades or style of application to better suit my own facial features and coloring. Any of the aforementioned can move me to do something more fun and expressive than an everyday look!

Depends what you define as a theme? I might deliberately choose all peachy shades or cool tones but I don’t specifically set out to do a “safari” or “pin up” or whatever else type look.

I like makeup to have a cohesive theme in a palette or collection (I’ve just ordered the eyeshadow palette and highlighter from the Zoeva Heritage collection, for example, and I’ll likely use them together at some point) but I don’t see that necessarily as having a themed “look”, so to speak.

Oh sure a romantic look with muted colors. No makeup makeup look, colorful eye look with blue greens, spring look with peachy cheeks.cat eye look, Smokey eye nude lip. Spring glitter eye. Classic look with winged liner red look.

I have to have a creative idea to know what I’m doing. .. sometimes it’s the no mascara look.
