Makeup Black Friday Sets, $15 & Under (Limited Edition)
The following Black Friday makeup sets are all priced under $15 and are typically filled with trial, travel, or miniature-sized versions of existing products. The stated value is often correct, though sometimes a little over/under in my experience. Sephora hasn’t added the sets to their website yet, so we won’t know exactly how much of each product is included in the set but you’ll always want to pay attention to sizing to ensure that it is actually a deal. These sets usually sell through on Black Friday but a few may linger beyond the weekend–the most popular sets tend to go within hours, so if there’s something you’re very eager for, make sure to check Sephora’s site at midnight EST and midnight PST (they are usually on PST, though).

Sephora Hair Black Friday Sets, $$15 & Under (Limited Edition)
This year’s Sephora Black Friday deals for hair are slim, but it is possible that they have many more sets that will be available on Black Friday that just weren’t shown in the preview (there were sets over $15 in years past).

Sephora Skincare Black Friday Sets, $15 & Under (Limited Edition)
Skincare sets are one of the best areas to save during the holiday season as they often are a great value. It is also a nice way to try particular brands that have caught your eye over the year but aren’t sure about whether they’ll work with your skin type. We also see true doorbuster deals like philosophy’s Purity Made Simple Cleaner at $15, which is full-sized and almost always sells out in a flash.

Sephora Fragrance Black Friday Sets, $15 & Under (Limited Edition)
Fragrance sets are often a great way to spend less and get more as fragrance is the type of product where having a full-sized bottle of every scent makes it impossible to finish them in a timely manner! Travel-sizes are perfect for those who enjoy a variety of scents and find it harder to commit to one. So far, there are four fragrance Black Friday Sets that Sephora has shown in their preview.

Play! by Sephora Black Friday Sets, $15 & Under (Limited Edition)
Play! by Sephora kits will be available for Black Friday this year, but as a reader noted below, they will not be available in Canada. A lot of these sets seemed to already be available, too, so they don’t seem like the most urgent of items to snag on Black Friday compared to the other sets above, which are limited to 11/23.
- Play! by Sephora Smarts: Glitter Eyes for $15 ($68 value) / More details
- Play! by Sephora Smarts: K-Beauty Innovations for $15 ($35 value) / More details

Either they pulled the play! Items down or they aren’t available in Canada. Link is broken:(
They’re working for me so maybe not in Canada (or not yet in Canada). I know some of the Black Friday sets can differ in Canada if my memory isn’t totally failing me.
I might be wrong but I don’t think we get any Play! items in Canada 🙁 We don’t have the option for the normal subscription (at least where I live) so I wouldn’t be surprised if this means we don’t get the black Friday sets either.
Is the Pat McGrath lipstick a set or just the one mini called Elson? $15 seems like too high of a price for a .042 oz mini of a lipstick that sells for $38 for a .14 oz full size version. Or am I doing the math wrong?
The picture shows one lipstick.
That’s what I thought. It’s been decades since I studied math (lol), but it seems like the mini should be less than $11.
It’s possible the size is larger – there’s no indication of the oz. yet.
Oh, ok. I looked up the size of their minis, thinking this mini would be the same as their past minis. We’ll see!! 😀
My guess is it will be same as their other minis. (Seems unlikely they’d create a new casing just for this.) But they’ll still sell a lot of them because a lot of people who would be wary to spend $38 on a lipstick are willing to spend $15 to see if it’s all that, I bet!
Considering I’ve never finished a lipstick bullet in my entire life it’s actually a good deal for me. I’d never buy the full size in this color especially because I wear red a couple times a year tops.
There are two sets with 3 minis each, for $25 right now. One set includes that color.
That’s great to know, Rachel! I’ve swatched that set, too. The shades are lovely.
It’s one. It’s limited edition
Oh gosh, yes, to that big tub of FAB Ultra Repair Cream, Bare Minerals lip duo and PMG mini Elson! Thinking of trying either a Clinique toner or something by Philosophy, too.
I was just saying yesterday how I wanted to try Pat McGrath’s lipstick formula, this might be the excuse I need.
Back on my no buy. We’re going away for Christmas so I don’t really “need” anything. I told my husband not to buy me anything for my upcoming birthday, I already bought all the PMG Blitztrance lipsticks. He can pay the bill 🙂
The Blitztrance lipsticks are a GREAT birthday gift!
