Pressed Matte Shadow

this color was so great, but it came with an odd smell, then that went away and I was able to put it in my palette with other shadows. I've never traveled with it and yet the top layer has crumbled twice. I put the second layer of crumbling shadow that I paid for into a small sample clamshell, and seperated this from my other shadows to put it in a sleeve. It may be just something to be aware of for the overall formula and press, it is indie and hand pressed, I bought my bff homicide and she did let me know that it also fell apart, (the beautiful deep red shimmer). Color was welcome and nice all over the lid, I'm just really disappointed, I would rather have bought it in a loose pot maybe. As it is, it will disintegrate onto my other shadows before i get its worth out of it I suspect.
