ColourPop Jelly Much Eyeshadow ($8.00 for 0.23 oz.) is the brand’s new eyeshadow that features a “waater-based formula” that has “intense” and “high impact” coverage that is “super longwearing” and “won’t crease, fade, or transfer.” There are eight shades, which I have swatched for you here!

I’m really curious about how these jellies will wear when used with other shadows.

Can you blend them out? Use them as a base to layer colors? Do you have to use them alone? Will my tightliner bleed into them?

Please get us the scoop on these beauties, Christine! ❤️

If they are anything like the Butter London product, they blend well, both with themselves, powder, and paint pot or cream type shadows. Here’s hoping.

When I got the email from CP about these, I almost bought the whole set immediately. I don’t think I’ve ever used a “jelly” textured eye shadow before. However, I’ve used several cream eye shadows that don’t always perform so great. So, if these get the Christine stamp of approval I’ll be more inclined about picking the set up.

Looks like the Butter London Glazen Eye Glosses at a cheaper price point. I already have a bunch of those, so I will pass on these (unless that Foxes color is as beautiful on the lid as the swatch, I can add that to my collection as Butter London have nothing like it).

I know that ColourPop prides themselves on being the “fast fashion” company of make up, they have a few misses here and there, but I think their formulations are so unique, interesting and of great quality. Not even a “great at the price point,” but just great.

These swatches are so lovely! I was already on the fence about buying the whole set, I’m trying to hold our for your full review…

Thanks! Can I saw that as an older woman who is seeing my eyelids crease more and more (LOL) such textures are a welcoming sight! I like Dior’s Backstage and Estée Lauders’ Double Wear Nude Water Fresh foundations for that reason. These newer water-based formulas ( I emphasize “newer”) are stepping it up! I have a new concealer that works well because it’s thinner. So, I may purchase a couple of these to try (after your review 😉 )

These look gorgeous, I love the duochrome Half Moon and Ventura. I’m curious to know how they blend out and how they wear over time. If they perform well I think they’ll be a hit!

I think I’m only interested in Bungalow Short Circuit and We Jammin as a pop of color on the lid, don’t know that this texture would work for me on the crease.

Bungalow and Foxes are pretty damn sweet. I’m with Rachel though on the skepticism of creasing. Seems like everything creases or transfers on/around my eyes these days, regardless of primers, powders, brand of eyeshadow, finish, application, etc.

These look fun. But I feel bad for Butter London, glazen eye gloss was the one unique product they had. Now it looks like colourpop has taken their concept and done it better….and cheaper!

The lid inside my pot won’t come out now so I feel like I wasted money.
The pigmentation is good but I wish there was another way to have it stored without that flap inside.
