If you had $25 to spend on beauty products, what would you spend it on?

I’m going to give my answer in the form of recommendations for spring/summer — Wet ‘n’ Wild Baked Blush in Don’t Flutter Yourself ($4.99), ColourPop Semi-Precious Palette (on sale for $18).

$25 USD or CAD because that makes a big difference! LOL

I’d get a Benefit Boxed Blush mini in either Dandelion or Gold Rush

Travel size skincare, if that counts. I need to pick up a travel size of both clinique’s dramatically different moisturizer and their liquid facial soap.

If I was sticking to makeup, then maybe I’d put it towards the orgasm afterglow lip balm as a nice summer option (though the $25 wouldn’t fully cover it). If this was a fantasy land and I didn’t have to pay exchange rates/duties, I’d probably put it toward a colourpop order of an eyeshadow palette (probably fortune) and maybe a lippie/highlighter.

I’ll pretend it’s £25 but probably L’Oréal lash paradise mascara as it’s my ultimate favourite which I will keep repurchasing, and probably MAC blackberry eyeshadow because I’ve been looking at that for ages.

Well, 25 does not make the shipping threshold on CP, so that’s out. So, it has to be s.t. instore and local. Maybe 3 big S lip stories that have been WL’d. Or two and the catch the moon e.s. It’s June, and low buy at S has been strong. Unless fall massacres me, good chance of non-rouge this year.

If this is the $25 that I found in a winter coat pocket I’d buy the Becca Glow gloss in Camillia. (Found money, yay!)
If this $25 was deducted from my bank account then I’d probably get a Super Sizer mascara and the OPI Plumping Top coat. Both good products but being re-purchases, a bit ho-hum.

Rimmel Magnif’eyes Eyeshadow Palette, Spice- great quality dupe of UD’s Naked Heat- $8

Prestige Cosmetics Soft Blend Kohl eyeliner- $5.50 in lots of colors ‘cuz Kohl is my jam & these can also double as a matte eyeshadow as they are so soft, Also a great dupe for my formerly beloved Elizabeth Arden’s Smoky Eye Powder pencil that recently changed formula to a waxy mess.

Anything from Milani, Rimmel, or Physician’s Formula (my fave drugstore brands).

I’d find a new sunscreen to try.

Currently using spf50 banana boat sport and it just causes my face to drip before I’ve even left the house. The one before that was cosmetically elegant but didn’t prevent burning. Sigh.

I’d get a Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick. I have one and I love it – It’s the most comfortable liquid matte lipstick that I’ve tried so far!

Let’s make this $32-ish bucks Canadian which really doesn’t buy much anyway but I’d stretch my shopping dollar by purchasing on Thursdays at Shoppers Drug Mart, where I get 20% off. I’d buy another Lise Watier “Dress Code” 5-pan e/s palette (either Festive Gold or Denim) which would come to $31 or another Shiseido Rouge Rouge lipstick ($28) and use the few extra bucks for a mini can of LRP or Avene spray water. Or I might just go crazy and break my general “not ordering online” rule (I use the term “rule” loosely) and get the Jade Jagger MES quad in Burning Nights (which I absolutely do not need and have only seen in detail here at Temptalia and which violates my preference NOT to purchase products which the companies make it hard for me to see/sample, etc.)

I’m good with my collection of makeup although I want everything. Lol! so instead would save the $25.00 to see my dermatologist once again and get 0.25% aha I wear at night for some melea breakouts on & off. Right now using Differing and it does open them up but the prescription is way better. Good thing none of them give me red burns or any bad reactions! But that’ll be $38.00 last time I purchased (prescription) i bet it has increased in price is been a while. I still had one prescription left but it had expired so doc. wants to see me again and then there’s the office visit fees also. I wish he would have mailed the darn thing is always for the same issue. Arghh!
