Bobbi Brown Nude Peach Blush Review, Photos, Swatches
Bobbi Brown Nude Peach Blush
Bobbi Brown nude Peach Blush ($24.00 for 0.13 oz.) is described as a “pale nude nectar.” It recently debuted in the Neons and Nudes collection but should now be part of the permanent range. It’s a darkened peach-orange with a satin-like sheen and a faint hint of shimmer. It has good color payoff, but it’s not a blush you’d describe as intense. Burberry Tangerine is similar but darker, less peach. Chanel Espiegle is more orange, lighter. Urban Decay Indecent is more orange. MAC Melba is darker, more orange.
The texture is soft without being powdery, so it applies subtly at first but the color can be built up. There’s a soft glowy finish, because the shimmer is downplayed, the sheen is more emphasized. On my skin tone, it adds a peach glow. It should work as a blusher on light to medium skin tones, but darker complexions may find it acts more as a warm highlighter. Bobbi Brown’s blush formula, when I tested out this shade, wore well for eight hours. I like that you can easily pop out the blushes to put into palettes, but I’m not so keen on the minimal quantity provided–0.13 oz. is about a third to a half the size of your average blush. If you own more than a handful of blushes, you’re not likely to finish this quickly by any means, though.

It looks like this one deserves a place in many people’s blush collection (provided that they don’t already own something similar. I do, so it’s a pass for now, but if I ever need another subtle natural peachy blush I’ll look into this)!
I’m so glad you reviewed this! I saw it a few weeks ago and didn’t buy it, because I just wanted to check it wasn’t an anomaly compared with their other great blushes.
I will definitely get this I think, if you reckon it will look good on NC15?
I wonder how this compares to MAC Peaceful beauty powder.
Wauuwh Christine this looks really beautiful on your skin!
I might have to pick this up or ask it for my birthday!:)
This looks really pretty, but I’m not sure it would show up on me in the summer. I’m NC35 in winter but very quickly (no matter how much sunscreen I use) become NC42 in summer. I already have soft peaches I can wear for the winter. I need something stronger for the summer months.
I love peach blushes. This one looks promising. 🙂
I’m NW20 and found this to *barely* show up on me. I like it as a suble blush when I do a heavy eye or a bright lip, but it took me awhile to decide if I was keeping this or not. It is just SO subtle even on my light skin. But after going back and forth, I decided to keep it. I like it with an almost monochromatic pale look (shimmery peach e/s, pale pinky/peach glossed lips) or with a just mascara and a bright lip like MAC’s Quick Sizzle.
But beware, this blush is not for those looking for much color. I was initially disappointed, but have come to really like it now.
Wow, that looks so pretty on you!
This is gorgeous on you!
You look adorbs! Love the colour and texture of this blush but setting my money on the Tom Ford one that you swatched earlier.
Btw, what lipstick/gloss are you wearing. Fabulous on you (but what ISN’T???).
I don’t remember the lip product!
Hey Christine, do you remember what you wore on your lips? It looks great with the blush!
I don’t! 🙁
I have mac melba.. should I skip or is their a significant difference when applied?
This is a gorgeous shade x
hi christine,
how similar is it to tarte exposed?
Exposed is browner – I wouldn’t say they’re really similar!
Ah… I love BB blushes and this is my favorite among Desert Rose.
I did think the same when I bought the blushes (I have 4), that it is not much product for the money.
However, I use Desert Rose daily and I’ve had it for over a year! It is SO pigmented that you just need a tiny amount… And BB blushes are the only ones that truly are LONG-lasting 😉 (IMO)
But Nude Peach is a winner! I have really fair skin and this is perfect, yet it also looks perfect on you 😉
Very pretty! What lipstick are you wearing?
I don’t remember!
Your skin looks amazing. What foundation are you wearing?
I don’t remember, sorry!
christine, this post makes your skin look so beautiful! are you doing anything different/ testing out a new foundation? youre flawless! btw, love the bobbi brown blush!
Nope, nothing different!
Gorgeous shade.. I will definitely be picking this up… can you tell me what you’re wearing on your lips? I think the whole look will be perfect for a wedding I’m attending in March.
I don’t remember! 🙁
Christine you look gorgeous! Can you tell me which other products you were using on this look? Thanks!
MAC Undercurrent on the eyes, but I don’t remember the lip product, sorry!
YESS I LOVE BLUSHES LIKE THIS! I am very pale and most blushes overwhelm me, but this looks like it will be just right.
The first time I used Bobbi Brown’s blush was a revelation. At that point I’ve tried Lancome, Dior, Estee Lauder, MAC. The color was Sand Pink. I am NC 30-35 and the blush was so beautifully textured and milled and just the right amount of pigment. It showed up well, blended amazingly and was so freaking beautiful I wanted to run to the nearest BB counter and grab all of them. This color looks amazing and I pretty much don’t care about the price, because despite the amount of product it’s not a crazy amount to invest like Tom Ford or Chanel.
I guess I am a blush whore.
I need this in my life
Hi Christine, how would you compare this to Benefit Coralista? 🙂
Not at all – Coralista is so much pinker and darker!
How about Benefit’s Georgia?
Georgia is lighter on me – like Georgia doesn’t even show up – so it’s less pigmented I’d say!
How does this compare to Mac Instant Chic ? i’ve been looking for a dupe for Instant Chic for the longest time!
Instant Chic is more pink-orange, I would say, and it’s darker overall!
Love BB blushes and eyeshadows. They last a long time. I have Cranberry and Poppy (discontinued) used them all the time and still have loads left.
Wow, that blush looks lovely on you!!
This colour on you takes my breadth away ;P
Aw!
