It's supposed to be a long-wearing, cream-powder hybrid that "applies like a sheer cream and sets" so it "won't fade, smudge, or settle into creases." The brand is silent on coverage but Sephora listed it as buildable from "sheer to semi-sheer," while Beautylish lists to "tap onto skin with your finger for intense payoff" and "a brush for a more subtle effect." The latter was what I read prior to testing, which I found mostly true--the color payoff was semi-sheer and buildable, often to full coverage if applied with fingertips or layered with a brush.
