Oooh. With “Sorry Not Sorry” on my WL, and the fact that I absolutely adore the PMG Luxetrance Lipstick formula, it would be a hard call to go with a dupe! But if I did, it would likely be MAC Marsala. Another splendid formula, and a super close shade.
Not trying to be an enabler but I have “Sorry Not Sorry” and … I do not think you would be sorry to get it! I also have Shiseido “Rum Punch” but they don’t come off very similar on me at all. As you note, there is something special about the McGrath formula that I think is hard to dupe. That said, I have don’t have the MAC and it is a very pretty shade.
Agreeeeee!!! It’s a top 10 lipstick for me. I have Nars Vivien and its shinier more emollient; doesn’t have the depth of the PM.
More shades of mattetrance coming out in a matter of days. I like the luxetrance formula better, but the mattes are pretty spectacular and intense as well.
i have Sorry Not Sorry and i srsly love it!
I have Sorry Not Sorry as one of my two PML lipsticks (hopefully many more to come) and it is a glorious shade. I have similar shades and two of the dupes but would not trade my Sorry Not Sorry for anything. This formula is wonderful for my lips, so comfortable to wear and makes my lips look better than they are so a win for me.
I really did love this formula and color, as well as the two other colors of this formula that I bought, however, it did cause me to break out in dark red bumps near my lips. My daughter had the same issue; we are sometimes prone to perioral dermatitis, so we have to be a little careful.
