“Age of consent” makes me uncomfortable. And, I am not a pearl clutcher by any means. Maybe, because I just finished watching the keepers on netflix and seeing this name on a lipstick makes me super uncomfortable. Perhaps if it was just named “consent” I would be reacting favorably.

Wicked Ways or In Deep! Both are autumn perfect shades! This is gonna be hard to pick just one TF lipstick this year. Between this and the regular formula shade extension: WHOA!
There is another shade I love; but its name has me recoiling. Age Of Consent just gives me the creeps! Especially in light of recent news coverage of a *certain* film producer, and the resultant higher level of awareness of late.
No doubt, he does some very nice lip products. In keeping with my no new brands philosophy, trying not to go there. I did fall for Stavros at CCO, due to the unusual color. So, I guess the toe is in the water. Makeup rehab time. Nancy Reagan time. (For you younger folks, her approach to the drug crisis was ‘Just say no:’) you see how well THAT worked. Might work for Tom and me, though.
These are lovely- especially In Deep, but I think I like the MAC ones better.
