I really like the concept of the trios for the four looks, but the shades are nothing I don’t already own and the price is ridiculously high. Pass.
Exactly same. I bet it would be a nice gift for someone who doesn’t have a lot of makeup, though. The setup is very user-friendly.
Reminds me of the Naked 1 palette
I’ve never tried Charlotte Tilbury products. I think I would start with eyeshadows. This is so pretty! http://www.mrsqbeauty.com
I’ve always wanted to try Charlotte’s eye shadows since they seem to be universally praised, so this was the perfect opportunity and I ordered this 12 pan lovely this morning. Psyched!
I have too many neutrals already, but I like how this is a cooler toned palette (nice to see something without orange, peach, or reds for once), and she has it organized by eye looks
My first thought: I already own UD Naked 2 and Lorac Unzipped, so what do I need this one for exactly?
Right, but my first thought was the exact opposite – I don’t own any of the Naked UD palettes or actually any big neutral palettes really (I’m a quad person – six would usually be my limit shade-wise.) So for me, this particular Charlotte Tilbury palette was justifiable.
People have very different collections and needs. I try to keep that in mind when I look at products. Not everyone has the same preferences, same budget, same skin tone and colouring as I do. I think that’s important to remember.
I like the names of the groupings but, seriously – this is SO unoriginal that, at first, I thought I was looking at the original Naked palette.
I think it looks so beautiful and so classy. I love the way that she has made the palette so it’s easy to navigate, but I’m just a bit scared that it’s too much like other plattes. I would rather spend my money on some of her other palettes, but I am still considering buying this one, cause I’m a sucker for her products.
75 bucks???? Yeah right, not going to happen for a palette that I can reproduce at least three times in my collection.
This just looks like a regrouped version of some of the Naked palettes.
I ordered it from Beautylish this morning. It’s definitely another neutrals palette, but I love the CT eyeshadow formula so much that I couldn’t pass it up. Plus I don’t have any mattes from her, just shimmers, so this’ll be fun to try out.
Charlotte Tilbury ranks in the three brands I give “two thumbs down,” and then some. I’ve tried a number of her products, every one of which I either returned or sold. I’ll never buy from her line again.
I’ve read quite a few reviews that have said her powder products do not have any staying powder. I have been tempted many times to buy from her (love the look of her quads) but I won’t because I’m pretty sure I will be disappointed.
Naked disco palette?
This is the one I have had my eye on for awhile – it looks so beautiful with lots of wearable shades. Times have changed if I am now raving about a neutral eye shadow palette – but I am tired of the reds, pinks and oranges now.
How long did it take to decide? 1 second. Yes, please. All of my all time favorite shadows are CT. I am passing on all the other holiday release palettes but this one.
I like it but I think I have similar of everything but the next to last shade. So for $75 I’m gonna pass. I know she has some good stuff but some not so great I’ve heard.
Looks an awful lot like UD Naked 2
I love the idea of this palette and adore the CT eyeshadow quads that I already own. So…yes, please!!
I seriously considered this one, got all the way to checkout before I stopped myself. I love most everything I have ever gotten from CT but $75+ is a lot when I already have so many palettes that look so similar. In addition, being an early buyer means no reviews so I would be buying blind. If this one ends up scoring high marks I may still take the plunge when it is released for the holidays but until then my cooler head prevailed. 😉
I’ve been wating to try her Powder shadows for a while. I think I’ll play it safe and try the Dolce Vita quad I’ve had my eye on forever
This is a lovely palette, and I like the concept, but there isn’t a single shade in this that I don’t already own. That said, I think it would make a really great gift for someone who doesn’t have eleventy-billion eyeshadows in their stash 😉
This is an absolute pass for me. This entire thing looks so boring, but it falls in line with the CT brand so I wasn’t expecting a lime green or anything, but they could have done way better than this. Two pops of color would have helped this palette out a lot. A purple, blue, gold, or even a pink could have been thrown in there to make this more interesting.
I only own Naked 3 so it might be worth it for me.
The price on the website is now $95.00!?.
Why does this look like an Urban Decay palette? I’m just saying…
I bought this and really love it. At first i was hesitant because of the price but i paid $53 for her Dolce Vita quad so $75 for 12 shades is not bad for Charlotte Tilbury so I splurged on it. I see a lot of naked pallette comparisons and I do own those as well but find the CT shadows blend better and create a beautiful look with very little effort on my part. Its great for work and I can get a cool, warm, or smoky look out of it so decent versatility. I have hooded eyes so I always use a glitter glue with any shimmer shade and I find these last all day on me. It is expensive but if its in your budget or you don’t have similar shades or just want to splurdge it is nice.
