Mildly drying. It keeps its color through light daily activity (eating non-greasy food, drinking water, talking) and wears away evenly without flaking.

Sticky, doesn't apply well, dry...I gave this line of products 4 tries and all 4 disappointed :( They do have cool colors though, I'll give them that much. I just wish the application was better and it didn't turn into such an awful, dry, sticky mess.
