Most used eye product this month? Well, Pixi brow duo has become a staple, but UD Naked Heat would win in terms of colour cosmetics
Kate how are you using Velvetizer? A friend of mine uses it as a setting powder. Tati used it as a setting powder and mixed it in her foundation which she was raved about.
I’ve used it both mixed with foundation and as a finishing powder and it looks good both ways. It’s a little easier to overdo as a finishing powder, but you can buff it out so it doesn’t look bad. I was skeptical about mixing it, because it turns the texture pasty, but the powder is so finely milled that my foundation still just glides on.

Favorite/most used face/cheek product:
Pulled out and loved my Physicians Formula Bamboo Wear Bronzer. It’s discontinued but a nice light matte bronzer for pale girls!
I switched up my blush pretty regularly but a stand out has been MAC’S Cremeblend Blush in Brit Wit. I never thought I could wear cream blush but this one is so nice. Feels lightweight and doesn’t move around on the skin. I loved to pair with MAC’S powder blush in Prism!
Most used eye product :
I gave Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette much love. Candied Peach in the crease just suits me!
Also I cleaned and pulled out the wand from the Buxom S Curve mascara. I saved it bc although the mascara formula wasn’t that spectacular, I really loved the brush. I used it in some mascaras I’m using up. Mainly my Cargo Texaslash Mascara. It actually brought more drama from a pretty basic mascara!

Favorite product this month? I have been using a lot of my TooFaced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush in Candy Glow. I haven’t been wearing too much makeup recently so it just gives my face a nice sheen!

Without a doubt, Colourpop Ultra Satin Lipstick. I have several colors and absolutely adore them. There are six more that were delivered today. Can’t wait to get them after work!!!

There are two face/cheek makeup products I use just about every day: NARS Orgasm blush (which I’ve been using for more than 10 years) and KvD Shade & Light Face Contour Palette in the colors Sombre and Lucid, which I believe are the two colors on the far left side.

I think the one eye makeup product I’ve used almost every day of the month is Rimmel’s ScandalEyes Retro Glam Mascara. Though most reviews I’ve seen on this product are not very positive, I like it a lot. I love the hourglass brush and the formula works well on my short, sparse lashes. But come to think of it, the one product I’ve been wearing every day for the past 10 years is Clinique Brow Shaper in Charcoaled.

Favorite product this month? Tom Ford Golden Peach eye duo. This is my first luxury purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve used it so many times this month, and I always feel pretty wearing it. I hope it lasts a while!
Most used face/cheek product this month? Essence Satin Love blush. I find that it goes with so many looks, isn’t powdery, and lasts a decent amount of time. I can’t wait to try Satin Coral!

NArs Audacious mascara. I use it everyday even when I try to move on to something new I am so disappointed that I always go back to the Nars Mascara.

Favorite product this month? Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue, I can finally wear the lightest shade now that I have a tiny amount of tan and it looks incredible on my skin. I’d also say Becca Opal, again, because of the tan. I can make these products work on my super pale skin but having some color makes it easier to use.
Most used face/cheek product this month? Besides the two I already listed, I’ve been using more peachy blush rather than a neutral blush so I’ve been using Nars orgasm and The Balm Hot Mama, even tho they’re basically dupes for each other lol
Most used eye product this month? I’m going to say UD primer potion (how unfun) because I wear it under literally everything. Otherwise, I think I’d have to say Stila liquid liner and Tarte clay pot eyeliner (I combine them).
Your skin tone/coloring: N25, dark brown eyes and light brown hair
Favorite product this month?: Actually a skincare product- Garden of Wisdom 8% Lactic Acid Pads. Lately I’ve been trying out different things to help with some pervasive stress acne and using this weekly is working better than anything else I’ve tried! It has really helped me get back to my normal base makeup routine, I was skipping it for a while because my skin was so difficult.

Most used eye product this month? UD Suspect and Colourpop Party Time, unfortunately. Been going to a lot of job interviews…
~nw 20. Fave product/most used cheek: Aurora. Using it instead of blush a fair amount. Actually like the ‘offbeat’ highlighters far better than the usual suspects. Spectra is an all time fave. Eye: UD liners, the new ones from the heat collection (no palette) Mars, and Mainline.

Favorite product this month? Kat Von D Glimmer Eye palette, very pretty looks with this one, it’s been hard to incorporate other eyeshadows.
Most used face/cheek product this month? Most used would have to be my Boujois Healthy Mix Foundation, just looks so great on my dry skin, lasts all day without looking patchy.
Most used eye product this month? This would have to be the Kat Von D Glimmer palette, as well as my UD 24/7 eyeliner in Crave, and Kat Von D liquide eyeliner in Trooper.

Becca Prefect Skin Mineral Powder Foundation. I only use it in the summer to set a light coat of liquid foundation (Chanel Teint Ultra Tenue). I have the end of the Becca from last summer and it’s as good as new. Repurchased as I used it all up.

CRAZZZZY about Chanel Blush in Golden Sun. Sometimes I add a little Chanel Vibration or Hourglass Diffused Heat (nice summer colors on me) on the tops of the cheeks, but that Golden Sun is a knock out addition for me. Love it.

Chanel Jardin Eclatants. I’ve been using it day, after day, after day…..

Favorite product this month: I am traveling and was looking to minimize the products. I have been using Dr Brandt’s 5 in 1 pore stick. It is 35 spf with a little bit of color and I have been using it instead of sunscreen and foundation. It is supposed to blur pores but I don’t think it does that very well so I have been wearing it over primer. I guess this is also my most used face product this month.
Most used eye product this month. I have been using a Japanese DS mascara from D*Up. It is not worth the premium I paid for an imported product as it is no better than US DS mascaras. There are better Japanese DS mascaras however, just not available any place I have looked over here.

Most used face/cheek product this month: I have created a concoction that produces amazing results: 1 smidge Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in Sunset, 1 smidge Marc Jacobs Dew You Dew Drops, 1 drop Kora Noni Glow Face Oil, and 1 pump Too Faced Born This Way Foundation in Sand. This is my daily foundation mix, and I love it. For cheeks I have been revisiting my NARS Narsissist Dual Intensity Cheek Palette–every look, every day, all summer long, perfection!
Most used eye product this month: Without a doubt, Huda’s Rose Gold Palette. Every look I seem to do benefits from a little “extra oomph” from these colors at the end. I am addicted to using Shy above my crease. It’s not my transition shade, but I like to place it above and outside my transition shade, just under the brow bone. I am also super happy with my Tarte Make Believe in Yourself Palette. I usually do complicated eye looks that take 20-30 minutes, but with the Make Believe in Yourself Palette and the Rose Gold Palette, I can put together a fun eye look in 5 minutes or less.
I have the Huda Rose Gold Palette. My daughter pushed me to get it. I am having a difficult time creating a look I like. Do you have any suggestions?
Erica, I use this palette almost everyday. Probably the reason it gets so much love is that I use it as an adjunct to whatever else I’m using on any given day. Today I put Tom Ford’s cream shadow in Pink Haze all over my lid, and mixed Bossy and Shy from the Rose Gold palette for crease and transition. Yesterday I used Marvel and Trance from the Too Faced Make Believe in Yourself palette on lid, and mixed Henna and Sandlewood together in crease. Two other recent looks: I did purple all over lid (UD’s Flash), and mixed Bossy with Flamingo for the crease (God I love this look) and a blue look with UD’s Dive Bar and Tonic on lid, and Rose Gold’s Suede for transition and Black Truffle to deepen crease. I’ve done a pink and yellow gold halo eye by mixing Flamingo and Maneater into the inner and outer lid, and placing 24K in the center of the lid, and transitioning with Shy. You can do a lovely matte eye with Bae on inner 1/3, Sandlewood mixed with Henna on middle 1/3, and Cocoa on outer 1/3. You can add a little shimmer by replacing Bae with Moondust in previous look. Sometimes I put Rose Gold all over my lid and deepen the crease Henna, Maneater, Bossy or Cocoa.
For whatever reason, this palette just calls to me and I am not afraid to play with it. This is the first palette I’ve owned (and I have way more than I should) where I didn’t freak out a little, wondering what I am going to do with the colors and how I was going to make it work.

Favorite product this month? A really old Lancome Subtil cream-like blush that I keep stashed at my parents’ house. It feels like a dry cream and almost immediately dries down to a powder when applied. It has a wear-time that rivals anything on the market today. I wish Lancome would bring this formula back.

Most Used Face/Cheek product: I just bought the new Estee Lauder Water foundation and I can’t complain. so far so good.. I never use the original double wear foundation since it was too heavy for me, but the new one is very nice.
Most Used Eye Product This Month – Jaclyn Hill Morphe Palette. I absolutely love this palette you can create a lot of different looks. I ended returning my Heat Palette from UD. It is an amazing palette but I can create a very similar look with the JH.
