NARS Jeanette Multiple Tint Review, Photos, Swatches
Jeanette
NARS Jeanette Multiple Tint ($39.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a brighter, medium pinky-red with cooler undertones and a natural finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation that was buildable to medium coverage, but the more emollient texture made it the type of product that sheered out considerably once you started to blend it out. It worked better on bare skin or over liquid/cream base products and was less ideal over powder.
The new, limited edition formula is supposed to be a “sheer, tinted format” with “natural-looking color” for “lips and cheeks.” Worth noting that while the physical size didn’t seem different, the tube contains about half as much as the regular Multiple formula (0.23 oz. compared to 0.50 oz.). The texture never fully dried down on the skin, so it retained that dewy finish even hours after applied, though it only lasted around six and a half hours as a blush (three hours as a lip color). The additional slip in the formula made it more comfortable to wear as a lip color than the original Multiples, which are thicker and can almost crumble on the lips.
This will launch on April 15th.

For whatever reason, I am really liking these as lip products! I could definitely see Jeanette being quite useful in a so-called “no makeup” makeup look, especially during summertime!
It seems like the perfect formula for “no makeup” makeup!
I was looking into picking this one up, because I love how it looks on the lips AND cheeks (for once!)
But the size makes me feel sad 🙁 If only they lowered the price!!!
Darn! 🙁
this looks very pretty. i don’t mind that these offer less product than the original multiple…the formula looks like its been improved so that it performs properly on lips and cheeks, and i’ve never finished a whole multiple anyway!
Gotcha! I don’t think that the quantity is always important – one of those things that can be important to one person and totally unimportant to the next!
I’m hating the fact that MAC and NARS are cutting the amount of product in half for the same price recently!
I know 🙁
