I’m on vacation… I haven’t worn makeup in nearly a week, LOL. As much as I love makeup, I am enjoying my lazy no-makeup vacation look. 😀
Sephora’s new creamy lip stain in Classic Red (swatch on my blog, it is beautiful) with Brule all over my eye and Brun in my crease. Simple.
Yesterday was the only day i made a real look, ’cause for the rest of the week i had an eye irritation. I wore Sugarpill Buttercupcake on the lid, a bit of MAC Wedge blended in the crease and lining eyes Benefit Kohl in Royal Purple. on the cheeks MAC Well Dressed.
this was for the day, i converted it in a evening look by adding some more of the Buttercupcake shadow and lining eyes with Illamasqua Precision Ink in Abyss (black), put above the purple line which had started to smudge a bit. i filled my lips with a hot pink lip liner (MAC Trimmed in Pink) and put some lip balm above it. 😉
this week i only wore make up once, i used MUA’s number 12 (club dupe) allover the lid and a shimmery cream up to the brow, with illamasqua in temper and sleek contour palette to define the cheeks.
My favorite look this week was the one I wore last night. It was pretty simple, but I just loved the way it looked!

Tonight I’m wearing the bright yellow shadow from sugarpill on my lid, light brown in the crease, bold black liner and lashes. For the lips, MAC’s Lady Bug.
Neutral color on the inner lid and blues in the middle and outer lid. If you have not tried BFTE Cosmetics, Christine, you should. They work amazingly well. I posted a photo on my blog. 🙂

LIPS: MaxFactor lip pencil in Blush, MAC lipstick in Syrup and MAC lipgele in Bubble Lounge.
Not a look, in particular, but lately I’ve been using MUFE Aqua Creams exclusively as my eyeshadow. I’ve been having super oily lids lately, and this is so effortless, and doesn’t crease all day! If I add a powder shadow on top, then it will.. Weird, eh?
Anyway, I like to just do a smoky eye, using a colour like #17, or #4. It’s so simple, and looks great!
I’d forgotten how nice MAC’s Twinks looks pretty much on its own (I had Painterly underneath for a base but Twinks on its own on the lid and into the crease) – it is such a pretty colour. Black pencil liner (smudged), Desert Rose on my cheeks and Laugh A Lot on my lips. Using up a sample of Bad Gal mascara (I don’t usually wear mascara but decided to with this look).
I’ve been wearing the same look this week. MAC Handwritten to fill in my brows, NYX Milk as a brow highlight, inner corner highlight, and cupid’s bow highlight, MAC Blanc Type and Wedge on eyes, Tarte MultiplEYE mascara, with NYX Fuschia lip pencil and Chloe lipstick. I have naturally rosy cheeks so no blush especially if I’m not wearing any powder. Simple and lovely with a bright lip.
I had a wedding to go to a couple of days ago, and zero time to prepare. So, I used Femme Fi all over the lid, Plumage in the outer v, and blended it into the crease with Satin Taupe. Looked great, and suited the deep blue dress I wore.
this week was winged-black-eye-liner week 🙂

I used Too Faced Romantic Eye palette and wore Kiss the Bride all over the lid, Cut the Cake in the crease and First Dance as eye liner. I also used Benefit High Brow and Clinique High Definition Lashes in Black/Brown. On my cheeks, I used MAC Dame blush and on my lips, I used MAC Plushglass in Foolishly Fab.
I went daring this week and Im so proud of myself! MAC Bare Study Paint Pot, MAC Vanilla e/s on the lid, MAC Handwritten in the outer v & on my brows, and MAC Woodwinked through the crease, with Loreal Carbon Black Linear Intense and MAC Dubonnet Lipstick. Oh & NARS Douceur as blush ! xx
my favourite look this week was one I did with the Naked palette: naked on the lid, Buck in the crease, Virgin as a highlight and smudged out Zero on the upper and lower lashline. Nars Orgasm on the cheeks and Chanel Insouciance gloss on the lips. A nude and smoky look!

My look pretty much all week has been NYX French Fries jumbo eyeshadow pencil on my lid with a Maybelline bronzy-copper shade over it and belded up into my crease and a Physicians Formula gold shade in the inner corner. The CoverGirl French Vanilla on my browbone and brown smokey liner on my top lashline with Revlon Growluscious mascara to top it off.
Currently not wearing any makeup other than lip balm and Essie Aruba Blue on my toes. It’s a lazy day…
UD naked palette. Half baked on the lid, virgin as the highlight and smog in the crease. Winged black liquid liner. Maybelline dream mousse blush in peach satin. Revlon soft nude lipstick and nyx beige lipgloss.
My favorite look this week was last night being the only look I did this week.
Face- MAC Mineralize Foundation NC30, Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer in Medium, MAC Sunny by Nature Mineralize Skinfinish to contour, MAC Something Special on apples.
Eyes- MAC Pain Pot in Vintage Selection from lid to brow bone, MAC Sun and Sand eyeshadow from lash line to above crease, MAC Dazzle Lights in inner corners and under brow bone to highlight, L.A. Girls fine line felt tip eyeliner very thin and slightly winged out, MAC Haute and Naughty mascara.
Lips- Cover girl lipstick in Delish.
I went with nude smoky looks this week, but my favourite was yesterday, where I had UD Naked on the lid, UD Buck in the crease, UD Virgin as a highlit, and UD Zero liner smudged on the upper and lower lashline (I was using the Naked palette, can you tell? :P). I finished with Nars Orgasm on the cheeks and Chanel Insouciance gloss on the lips.

I LOVED the look I did yesterday. I used MAC All That Glitters, NYX Root Beer (love it, have been shopping my stash recently and trying new ways of using old stuff) and SuperSHOCK (don’t love it, it smudges terribly and doesn’t give much volume). On cheeks, Illamasqua Unrequited and NYX Pinky Natural on lips.
for me it was teal pigment from mac, with flipside liner from urban decay (pretty much the same color)with quickie blush from urban decay and russian red lipstick from mac.
Discovered NYX jumbo shadow pencils. Went nuts.
Strawberry Milk all over the lid up to the crease and MAC’s Stars n Rockets all over top with an un named GOSH shade in the crease (dark slatey purpley). Boy Bait on the lips. Also, struggled to define some cheekbones in protest of my post-oral surgery swelling.

Possibly my new go to look for work and a little heavier for nights out:
Eyes: UDPP or painterly paint pot. Mac wedge all over lid. Mac Satin Taupe in crease. Too faced naked pallete heaven as highlight and maybe some of the gold color in inner lid. UD pencil in corrupt on upper lashline and perversion on lower with a little midnight cowboy pencil in tearduct.
Face: usual foundation with a touch of Nara Laguna and Nars sex appeal blush.
Lips: creme de nude or gaga pink.
However I did go to sephora today sans makeup cus I had just spray tanned and I tried on this bright orange YSL lipstick which is super out of the normal for me and I loved it so I may splurge and rock that look one day!
My fav lOok I wore this week was what it wore yesterday for my 6month anniversary! I wore a purple from Mac… I forgot the name and shale on the outer corner and crease. ( I love this colour it’s magic!) and then abit of this opulecent white from my Dior travel pallet! With pink cult on cheeks and blunt for abit of a contour!
i was bored today and was playing with my makeup. i did all my face products(discluding blush) primed up and then used the following:
eyes:
inner corner- Sin by UD
eyelid- Honey by UD
outer part of lid & crease- a little Smog by UD & Oil Slick by UD on top
then i used Loreal Lineur Intense in Carbon Black and made a cat eye shape with my liner, but not really thick. I put zero by UD on my waterline as well. I used Maybelline pulse perfection as mascara
cheeks: Orgasm by NARS
lips: Creme d’ Nude by MAC with Baby Sparks Dazzleglass over it

I’m rediscovering Estee Lauder EyeShadows. I have an old huge Palette (from a Xmas blockbuster)and did a simple but gorgeous look w/ a matte plum on the outer V, ice cube (white frost) on the inner corner, a pale yellow wash on the upper lid and a taupe in the crease. a UD brown liner (upper) and ELDW mascara. It was jsut great, refined polished and put together. I was not using that palette since months. ESL eyeshadows are really great quality!!!
the rest of the face was YSL tenit majeur foundation, Guerlain loose powder, Chanel JC Orchid Rose and my new (i’m raving about) Clarins Joli rouge Shine in 13 Cherry (SO gorg!!).
the best of my week!!
i wore the same look three different days this week (with the same outfit, actually!)– once to school, once to work, and once on a date. it was awesome each time. Classic and beautiful without being too done up.
FACE: MAC studio fix fluid (nc20) & MAC ripe peach blush ombre
EYES: UDPP, UD virgin (from the naked palette) e/s all over, a razor thin line of MAC blacktrack fluidline on upper lashline, lashings of maybelline black drama the falsies mascara (drugstore HG mascara, BTW ^.~)on top and a tad tapped onto lower lashes with a Q-tip, plus a little MAC soft ochre paintpot on my waterline
LIPS: MAC cockney
It took 10 minutes and I misted it over with MAC Fix+ when I was done. Dewey, a tad retro, and v. striking!

Eyes: UDPP in Sin on the lid set with the matching shadow an UD deluxe shadow in Underground in the crease. Flipside lining the top lid and a black on the lower lashline with black mascara.

:O Whoa that was a lot to write lol! I really loved this look! It was like a neutral smokey eye! I used my Naked palette btw lol.
I went to a club Friday night and I did a smokey eye using MAC Deep Truth, Moth Brown, Avalanche, and Naked Lunch. Not only did I love the way it came out but I did it in 10 minutes! It ususally takes me forever to get the perfect smokey eye. I used MAC Sunbasque blush and had Viva Glam VI on my lips.
I loved my sunny look this week…
A sheer foundation, a bit of bronzer, Maybelline Eyestudio Quad in ‘Coral Drama’ on my eyes, black mascara and glossy pink lips.
It makes me look like I’ve just returned from a sunny holiday 🙂
i drove to l.a. and couldn’t wait to bust out my spring makeup colors! i used orb (highlight), all that glitters (inner third), amber lights (middle), and brown script (outer third) shadows for a look to go shopping & then to dinner w/ a girlfriend!
