I use NARS Dolce Vita as a lip balm LOL. it shows barely any color on me – of course it’s sheer but it’s like using Vaseline on my lips <total sideeye for me calling NARS equal to Vaseline but it's just for reference of appearance on me), Sephora's clear lipgloss (not in the tall tube) in the little squeeze tube is thee best ever and suuuuper hydrating and Tarte's lip balm!

Your skin tone/ coloring: Medium w/ olive undertones MAC NC37 or Lancôme Teint Idole N 360.
Most hydrating lipgloss formula: Either Nars Lip Glides or the newer MAC Lipglass formula used in both Mariah Carey and Taraji P Henson Lipglass. ColourPop lipgloss is also quite hydrating, too.
Most hydrating lipstick formula: Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy (wore my first one last night and it was very hydrating!) or UD Vice (or Revolution) Cream formula.
Most hydrating lip balm formula: Jack Black!!! I’ve gone through several tubes of it, and it keeps my lips in great condition! Plus reconditions them after I’ve worn a matte lipstick all day long.
I have been dying to try the Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy lipsticks! The reviews on here have been amazing and the colors look fantastic. Which shade did you end up going with?

Most hydrating lipgloss formula? Still looking for it! I’ve yet to find a gloss that I love, mostly I just find them messy, but I have had better luck with more natural brands in general.
Most hydrating lipstick formula? Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche is beautiful and I also really like the NYX Butter Lipsticks.
Most hydrating lip balm? I love Glossier Balm dot com and Bite Beauty’s Agave Lip Mask.

As someone who HATES gloss, the one that got me to actually like and use gloss were the Tanya Burr Cosmetics one. I don’t know what country you’re in, but here in the states you can get them on FeelUnique if you are ever interested in giving them a shot. They’re drugstore-level priced too!

Your skin tone/coloring: Very fair with neutral undertones. I don’t have issues with dry lips, so I don’t pay a whole lot of attention to how hydrating a formula is. Your mileage may vary.

Most hydrating lip balm? I really only use Burt’s Bee’s, but the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Masks are good for crazy-dry lip days/nights in the winter. Though I tend to only use them as a lip mask and that is usually enough to keep my lips feeling better.
Your skin tone/coloring: MAC NC23! Prominent yellow/warm undertones. Warm brown hair, light brown/hazel eyes.
Most hydrating lipgloss formula?: I only own less than a handful of lip glosses, but I ADORE Aveda Rehydrating lip glaze in gilded lotus (it’s a clear gloss with gold shimmers!) It smooths over any dry patches and flakes, and while it’s not a lip balm it does make my lips feel soft and plump after the gloss is gone!
Most hydrating lipstick formula?: The DC BITE Luminous Creme lipsticks. I only have one left, and boy am I savoring it!!
Most hydrating lip balm?: I have two!
My night time lip balm is: Liplicious Hydra Glass lip gloss with shea butter. It’s a thick, non sticky, gloss that I use in my southern ontario winters! I haven’t had a cracked/bleeding lip ONCE this winter thanks to this balm!!
My Day time lip balm is: Jack Black SPF25 Mint lip balm in the squeeze tube! This does change the consistency of my lip sticks. But if I put a thin layer down, it works!!

Most moisturizing lip balm hands down is the Rimmel clear Kate. It’s amazing and only 4 dollars.
That’s good to know Annie, because when my EA lip balm runs out I will try your suggestion. I quite like Rimmel’s products.
Agree! Used every bit of the Kate Moss lip balm. I’d repurchase but I’m currently trying to use up other balms!

Most hydrating gloss formula: ABH, love their glosses although I don’t wear them often.
Most hydrating lipstick: I have really been enjoying the Hourglass Girl Lip Stylos. They are very hydrating on my lips.
Best lip balm: I recently have been trying a few others but I always go back to Nuxe Riev de Miel. I can put it on at bedtime and it is still there in the morning. Very hydrating.

Hydrating lipstick formula: my favourite lipsticks are Milani’s colour statement shades in Cinnamon Spice – which is really creamy and Clarins Joli Rouge formula.
Hydrating lip balm: At the moment it’s Elizabeth Arden’s 8 hour lip balm. I received it in a GWP and I am loving it.

Most hydrating lipstick formula: Tarina Tarantino Condition Lip Sheen in Cameo. A holy grail lipstick that is no longer available. Would love it if anyone can suggest an alternative like this one. The only lipstick that comes close to this formula would be Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick in Musings.
Most hydrating lip balm: Brillant Loveheart Lip Essense. Another holy grail product but hard to find now. I got this from Wishtrend but they no longer carry this anymore. It’s like a lotion for your lips. I feel like it absorbs through the lips instead of sitting on top of it, like most lip treatments. Another thing I love about this product is the texture. It’s not balmy, waxy, sticky, or gooey.
