My favorite look from the past week was MAC Dalliance + MAC Centre Stage. That’s it! Very simple. I used MAC Sur Blush on cheeks with Gana Blush to highlight, and finished by slicking on MAC So Vain Kissable Lipcolour.

Very, very simple neutral eye with my Naked palette. I followed a tutorial by @frmheadtotoe.
I used Sin on the inner half of the lid, Buck on the outer, and Virgin as a highlight. Black cream eyeliner on the upper lashline and Zero lightly on the lower lashline. Black mascara, pinky beach blush, and bold red lips! My first red lip and it was a success 🙂

I haven’t worn much this week, but I’m digging today’s look. I have Bang on Blue on my eyes, smoked out, with Frozen White to highlight. I stippled Madly Magenta on my cheeks, as a blush. I used Play It Proper Beauty Powder to highlight my cheekbones. On my lips, I have VG Gaga lipstick, with Jingle Jangle Dazzleglass on top.
I use my Naked palette all the time! One of my favourite looks right now is Sin on inner third of the lid, Sidecar on the middle part and Darkhorse on the outer V 🙂 Might sound odd, but I find that these colours blend really well together. And I’m currently loving MAC’s powderblush in the colour Style.
I just got a BH cosmetics 88 matte pallete and I did a primary green lid with a dark forest green crease with neon green on the inner eye with a matte white highlight I did a liquid eyeliner cat eye and lined my water line with black pencil. . I wore MAC pink plaid lipstick and MAC peaches blush. I looked like a tropical bird. It was pretty awesome haha.
Eyes: naked lunch on the lid, with smoke & diamonds in the crease heavily blended out, then pop some carbon in the outer V. Line upper and lower lash lines in Benefit onyx kohl (still soooo sad this is dc’d) Its like a pinky, grey, smokey eye that I adore.
Cheeks: Pet Me Mineralize Blush w/ Amber Diamond Skinshimmer to highlight. Smashbox Bronzer to contour.
Lips: Blankety w/ Revlon Peach Petal lg or Nymphette on top
Shockingly, I have just been wearing concealer and Revlon Toast of New York. Yup, the girl who is owns a 7 drawer storage cart stuffed with makeup has only been wearing concealer and lipstick for the past week.
I am all about the cat eye right now. I used UD’s virgin across the entire eyelid, UD’s buck in the crease and MAC’s dark diversion fluidline to create the cat eye.
Then Revlon’s grow luscious mascara.
On my face I used revlon’s photo ready foundation and Bare Escentuals tinted mineral veil to set it. MAC’s by candlelight to highlight the face.

I’ve been feeling a retro-mod-ish kind of look lately, I’m not sure why! I’ve been doing MAC Studio Moisture Tint in Light, with NARS Sex Appeal blush and MAC’s Sculpt for contouring. I also lightly touch on Guerlain Terracotta in Blondes 01 for some warmth. I’ve been smuding MAC Feline or Teddy along my upper and outter lower lash line, with I Get No Kick in the tear ducts, and layering on TONS of Revlon Grow Luscious on top lashes, and the Haute side of MAC’s Haute & Naughty on the bottom. I’ve been topping it off with MAC’s Calm Mode TLC, then Underage lipgloss.
My favorite look is one using the Naked palette too. Half Baked all over the lid, Darkhorse in the crease, Virgin as a highlight. Then I smudge Smog along the lower lash line and line the upper lash line and water line with Whiskey eyeliner. Finish off with Revlon Grow Luscious mascara. Then I just put some Nars Orgasm blush on the apples of the cheeks and Nars Turkish Delight lip gloss on the lips and I’m all done! 😀

I find it can be tricky to make a colour like silver work on the lips, but for some reason, this all came together well.
I’ve been wearing a lot of soft neutral washes with a bit of crease color or smoke lately. I feel like sort of a bore for it since I love my colors, but I have been having trouble with bases recently – everything has started creasing that didn’t before. So this look is least messed up by that, bold colors look awful by the end of the day.
Today I have UD Sin over lids fading out past the crease, a touch of UD S&M in the crease (very little bit just outer crease) with mascara, Plum Foolery blush on cheeks, Plumful lipstick and LM Violet lip glace on lips. Soft and understated but not invisible.
Base of Artifact paint pot blended over the lid and slightly into the crease. Tapped over with Star Violet e/s just to set and Sketch e/s blended into the crease and outer V. All Mac for me today, except my favorite mascara, Cover Girl Lash Blast.
I’ve been doing various eye looks, but for the lips right now it’s been either MAC Dubonnet or VG 3. Dubonnet has to be the best red ever! I own many, but this is definitely my favorite-thanks to this blog, which is how I found out about this wonderful color.

Well, I’ve been doing a lot of traveling this past week, so I haven’t been wearing a lot of makeup, but now that I’m settled back in London, I decided to have some fun yesterday with some Christmas gifts.
On my eyes, I used Sweetjoy as a highlighter and Her Alter Image all over the lid (from the Venomous Villains Collection), with the green half of Earthly Riches in the crease and at the outer corners of the eyes. I lined my eyes with Urban Decay’s liquid liner in Smog, and then used Buxom lash mascara.
Lorac blush in Velvet Rope, and Korres Liquid Lipstick in 13 on the lips.
OMG I’M WEARING THE SAME LOOK EXCEPT I’M WEARING PRANCE INSTEAD OF DALLIANCE!
saffron in the crease blended out towards the brow and also on the outer third of the lid, straw harvest on the lid mostly blended over saffron, handwritten in the crease to deepen and my face powder to highlight with a teeny tiny bit of shroom blended on top, and also in the inner corner. Handwritten on the outer half of the lower lashline, while eyeliner in the waterline and mascara.
I’m indian and even though i have used orange, it still looks really neutral and I can even wear it in high school 😀

Chilled on Ice paint pot over entire lid, Vanilla pigment as highlight and inner corner of lid, gilt by association on outer corner heavily blended…benefit’s bad girl lining upper lid, guerlain’s terracotta eye kohl in upper and lower waterlines, zoom lash mascara.. smoky but not too dark because I’m using the gilt by association DRY and with a light base (chilled on ice)
I just came up with a new lip combo, which I’ve fallen in love with. I got Mehr, from Mickey Contractor. It was turning very coral on my lips, weird! So I topped it with Riveting lipstick and Bountiful plushglass. Turned a very beautiful mauvy pink!
Rubensque pp on lids to browbone, then Midnight cowboy rides again all over lid. (: It is different but really pretty! Also, CORALista on cheeks!
I have been keeping it simple a kat von d autograph liner and that’s about it, planning on playing with my new kat von d love & fury palette as well as the UD naked palette since I got it in yesterday (finally!)
My new favourite work look: MAC Give Me Liberty of London all over the eye with Bough Grey on the lid. BeneFit black Bad Gal Lash and Topshop Pewter kohl on both upper and lower lid. BeneFit Eye Bright on waterline. MAC Well Dressed blush. Lips lined with MAC Whirl liner and just Creme De La Mer lip treatment because of flaky winter lips. 🙁
By the way, Topshop kohl pencils are fantastic! Pewter is my new favourite liner.

my look this week has been a neutral eye with a fuchsia lips. just mac naked lunch all over the lid and inner corner with benefits eyebright pencil for a brow highlight. estee lauder double wear mascara and the double wear eyeliner in coffee for the upper lash line and onyx for tightlining. then cargo catalina blush on my cheeks and mac msf in soft and gentle as a highlight. the fuchsia lip liner is mac, but i dont know the color name and the lipgloss is a ysl gloss pur in pure hibiscus #9.
i have recently fallen in love with the estee lauder double wear concealer! i never thought i would like EL products!
LOL EL has very good skincare, foundations, concealer & lipsticks. shadows so-so. the whole double-wear line is great.

I rarely wear much, but have been trying to rediscover some products I own to keep winter dreariness at bay. For reference I have green eyes, NW15-20, hair currently dyed light brown, but naturally dark blonde.
Eyes: LORAC Behind the Scenes Primer, Sweet Libertine Mineral Eyeshadows in Filigree (ivory, lid) and Harvest Moon (brown/purple, crease). Clinique Naturally Glossy Mascara in Jet Brown.
Face: Hourglass Mineral Primer (testing) and EL DW Light foundation.
Cheeks: Laura Mercier Lotus Pink Blush. Everyone shoud try this color, its amazing!
Lips: Laura Mercier Lip Tint in Rose.

My favorite was the exact same as yours! The color payoff is so good with the Mega Metals that I can do a quick yet noticeable look in just a few minutes. I added Warm Soul blush with Too Chic as a highlight. On my lips I used So Vain kissable lip color too. I love the kissable lip colors.
I’ve been wearing MAC Prance with MAC Copperplate, and I love it! I love the combination of very metallic/frosty with the matte.

Urban Decay Sin all over the lid, a Revlon matte deep gray in the outer corner and crease, Urban Decay Flipside 24/7 pencil to line top lid and black liner on the bottom and black mascara. I had Tarte cheek stain in bliss on my cheeks and lips and Urban Glow highlight on cheekbones, browbones and nose.
Smoky eyes with a bit of color and glowy skin is one of my favorite combos!
All week I’ve been doing basically the same look, which has been very simple:
Eyes: either Prance or Daliance on the lid. Then I carefully line top and bottom with Slickblack greasepaint stick, smudge the top line then smudge some into the crease. Shroom for highlight. Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara.
Cheeks: Cargo Bronzer in Medium and either Coralista or Stereo Rosee
Lips: BE Buxom gloss in Zena
Mac Centre Stage on the lid smoked out with Mac Soft Brown in the crease and Mac Blanc Type on the brow. Centre Stage is my new Go To smokey eye
It’s funny you ask, since I almost NEVER do the same look twice, and lately, I’ve been all about a greenish gold smokey eye and I’ve been loving the hell out of the MAC & Mickey Contractor collection.
My favourite look this past week has been MAC Ivy fluidline as a base, Urban Decay Libertine e/s all over the lid (from the Black Palette), MAC Golden Olive pigment on the edges of that, just to blend it nicely and add a bit of a brow highlight, Siahi fluidline as my eyeliner and black eyeliner on the bottom lid blended out with Golden Olive again for a nice gradient.
On my lips, with this look, I’ve been rocking MAC Beet lip pencil and MAC Gulabi lipstick, again from MAC & Mickey COntractor. Sometimes I’ll change it up to MAC Scandelicious kissable lip colour if I want it to be a bit shinier.
I know you’re not supposed to do a bold eye and bold lip together, but I don’t care. It looks good and I can’t get enough of fuscia lips lately. If I want a nude look for the day, I’ll just use MAC Flesh lipglass, again from Mickey Contractor.

I got a LOT from Tartan Tale for Christmas, and have been enjoying Glamora Castle on the eyes, my old Peachy Keen blush with Too Faced’s Candlelight (my new favorite highlighter!) and Baron’s Rose on the lips, sometimes with Moth to a Flame over it for extra glamour-sparkle! Everyone at work raves about this look, and it is definitely my new favorite!

Lips: Sweetie l/s (my favorite “my lips but better” shade)
was experimenting with new shades so it ended up a little extra layered than needed– twilight primer, UD mineral powder, asphyxia to slightly above crease, flash outer half lid, shattered crease, easy wheezie outer v–a dab of something pink too… korres soft silver & soft black liners, buxom lashes, dusting of downboy blush + korres bronzer, amsterdam to line & went over it with EL rich currant
more makeup than I’ve worn in months & months… harder than expected to get asphyxia to show up well.

The orangey-peach kept it still neutral and appropriate for work while staying interesting. I found that a touch of Korres’ navy blue eyeliner on the upper waterline kept the warm, orangey colors from making my eyes look red. This look would be pretty light on someone a little darker-skinned than me, but at only NC15, it popped just enough for work.
