Turn on your Love Light! Too Faced Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Jerrod Blandino was inspired to capture that ethereal glow that occurs only when a woman is in love, so he went to Italy to discover an exclusive liquid-to-powder formula that enables the light reflecting pigments to float in the powder. Unlike traditional pressed powders that crush the pearls during the pressing process, our innovative technology keeps the pearls spherical so they’re able to reflect light from any angle.

YESESSS SO glad that gold highlighter will be available at Sephora/Ulta, will be MINE!!!! I’m also eyeing the big shadow palette, but will wait until reviews/swatches, as Too Faced can be hit or miss there

It looks like a very pretty palette, and a good value! Unfortunately, I’m very gun-shy with Too Faced products anymore. It seems like the overall quality isn’t up to par with the value like it used to be, which is disappointing. I’ll wait to see what you have to say about it in Christine’s review, but I’m assuming it’ll probably be another pass.

The highlighters look pretty, and probably very metallic. The packaging does make me laugh a little, because it reminds me of old costume jewelry as a kid. But it’s still cute! It’s very on brand with the rest of TF.

It’s nice that some of the pretty shades from past (discontinued/LE) palettes are included in the large e/s palette but a big mistake to recycle names like Honeymoon (a gorgeous green/gold in the Romantic Eye 9-pan) and use it for a peachy/coppery shade in this (when I first saw that Honeymoon was in this, I got a bit excited to see the original brought back). Also…a SUMMER palette release in March? Mind you, I guess we should all be accustomed to this by now. The highlighter on the left hand side looks nice but I think I may hold out and try to get that Becca Prismatic one, if I ever make it to Sephora and if they have it (something weird and “top secret” is, apparently, happening with the Becca line at my local Sephora).

WOW Im SO excited for this collection. I LOVE the melted Mattes. Dying to get my hands on Granny Panties, Wine Not and Suck it. The golden and pink toned highlighters look beautiful too. I’ll probably pass on the eye shadow pallet, however.

Aline Avatar

The colors in the eyeshadow palette are right up my alley, but I haven’t seen a positive review yet. I loved TF’s shadows for years and I don’t understand how they could have gone downhill so fast. I’m looking forward to your review.

Nichele Avatar

The colors in the eyeshadow palette are gorgeous and definitely right up my alley, but given Too Faced’s reputation on shadows I will anxiously await reviews and swatches. And, while I usually dislike their packaging I do think this one is soft, elegant and beautiful as opposed to gaudy and childish. I personally am OK with the name of these products and can’t complain about “Granny Panties”, it’s a hilariously light-hearted product name as opposed to the less than savory product names from other lines.

Carrie Avatar

Anyone else concerned that with the palette being so big it’s going to be of poorly quality like many of their holiday releases?

And I vote that Granny Panties is hilarious!

“From professional makeup artists to starlets and real women, the natural eye had been one of the most coveted but challenging looks to achieve until Too Faced created the original Natural Eye palette in 2009.”

If I can’t find where my eyes went after I rolled them so hard they fell out of my head, I’m sending you the ophthalmologist’s bill, Too Faced.

I will grudgingly admit that if I had the money to blow, I’d get one of the highlighters just to keep it as a display piece, because my word.

Erin Avatar

+1 honestly. I rolled my eyes so hard they’re now orbiting Saturn! Real women as opposed to what? We’re excluding a fair amount of genders there who also dabble or work with cosmetics.

Yeah, I’d also get one or two of the highlighters just because they remind me of sailor moon and I have such fond memories of watching it as a kid 😛 But only if it was on sale, or if I could repot a better highlighter in it.

Dominique Avatar

I want it all except the liquid lipsticks.I’ve been looking forward to this eyeshadow palette and the highlighters for awhile now.Im trying to cut back on lipstick in general and use some of the ones I have.I hope it all is good quality because that palette is really beautiful.

Tanya Avatar

The palette looks very pretty and spring- like. I really like the packaging, it’s actually elegant, for a change. I’m concerned with potential poor quality of the product itself. Too Faced is already notoriously incompetent and no longer can be trusted to produce good pigment. I might consider buying this only if it gets rave reviews from multiple sources

Rachael Avatar

I love the packaging on the highlighters! Reminds me of the sailor moon transformation compacts. I will probably buy them all in duplicate.

As for that palette, i feel like all those colors will just look the same, especially when creating an eye look. I look forward to the review.

Yvette Avatar

Definitely want to see swatches of the palette before I even think of getting it. Can’t wait. I personally like the names, they are pretty uncommon. Only other company I know that uses quirkly names is UD and those new Lorac California Dreaming lipsticks LOL

Zoe Avatar

These are all really interesting colors but I am kind of tired of these mega-palettes everyone is putting out. Did UD start this trend with the VICE palettes?

Pami Avatar

I love the artwork on the palette packaging! Let’s hope the eyeshadows are good on this one. Also curious to see the highlighters.

MacKenzie Avatar

Maybe I’m wrong, but it looks like there’s about 7 mattes in that whole palette, so it’s a no-go for me, especially since My expectations for its quality aren’t high. Maybe they’ll redeem themselves though

marmars Avatar

ugh I really was going to swear off too faced but the highlighters look so much like sailor moon compacts, I might have to pick one up

BonnieBBon Avatar

This layout kinda sorta reminds me of when Too Faced holiday palettes were actually IT…not the cosmetic brand lol…but the item that everyone looked forward to because it was so good and such a great value. I remember my first and only holiday induced near violence was over the last “a few of my favorite things” Palette. It sold out way early. I wanted it SO BAD!! I still do. The next year I snagged “Everything Nice” when it released and loved it. Those years were so fun because the community was excited; it was like a buzz in the air, truly a lot of credit for that goes to too faced. I’m hoping so hard that this is good and renews some of my excitement and joy that these big brands…Too Faced being the “squad” leader…have turned to cynicism.
Come on Too Faced!! Don’t let me down!! Again.

Erin Avatar

Ha ha right? That’s pretty much the first ‘Look’ I learned starting out as a baby-using-their-mom’s-makeup. Challenging? Maybe. Perhaps if you have poor eyesight and fiddling with brushes real close to mirrors is tricky. Or have very twitchy eyelids.

Rachael Avatar

I got these highlighters and they are so disappointing, intensity wise. Cute shape/package but too natural/subtle to be worth the purchase. I really want that huge palette but feel like the colors would all be so similar.

Karina Avatar

*yawn* Going down the path of boring, I see! I will wait to see swatches. I already tried the highlighters in store and while pretty, I have plenty of dupes. And the lipsticks I can wait to see in person.
