What's your favorite skincare brand?

What’s your favorite skincare brand? What works for you?

The two that come to mind immediately are Kate Somerville and Renee Rouleau. I’m really digging Fresh, too, at the moment!

I’m really enjoying a lot of products from Origins right now, and they comprise the core of my skincare routine. I also love Alba Botanica (the hawaiian toner and enzyme mask) and the serum from Jeune d’Age Organics is the sacred cow of my routine.

Right now i’m trying out the biotherm aquasource skin perfection non spf gel cream. Might not be a bit greasy and not moisturizing for me but i’ve only used it for 2 days….from the stuff I’ve tried I have to say I like the Orlane cream the best.

As their ‘Anti Blemish Solutions’ line works so great on my face right now, it’s currently Clinique.
I like some products by Clarins (like the Beauty Flash Balm) and HydraZen by Lancome.

Definitely Makeup Artist’s Choice (MUAC) and Boscia. MUAC has fantastic chemical peels and very natural skin care products. For example, instead of using water as a base for most products, they use organic aloe Vera juice! Loves it 🙂

Kanebo! Everthing I tried from their Sensai Silk line made an instant and visible improvement on my skin. Its been 3 years since I discovered this line and no allergic reactions with my very sensitive skin. I heart Kanebo!

I’m using philosophy real purity face wash, microdelivery exfoliating, skinceuticals b12 serum, and skinceuticals daily moisture. They carry skinceuticals at my alternative doctors office so I figured it had to be good. I like it 🙂

Dr. Hauschka and Molton Brown. I get them from Beautyhabit.com and they always send ~10 samples and you can request anything you want to try. That’s how I was introduced to Molton Brown Skinfresh Facial Wash which I have repurchased several times!

mine are Kate Somerville, Clarins and Chanel. I’ve also just gotten a full size DDF skin restore/corrector that was a free gift at Sephora (love the bonus points!)and am liking it so far.

Proactiv and clinique (the two most polarizing lines it often seems) have done me very well for my oily, acne prone skin and large pores. Standout products for me are Proactiv Oil-free Moisture w/ SPF 15 and Clinique’s Turn Around Concentrate.

Bliss! I was recommended some products when I went for my last facial and I love them. They are pretty reasonably priced too, compared to some other lines I was using.

For day moisturizer durance lavender day fluid, for night the durance lavender night cream
For sunscreen skin food coffee sunscreen SPF 50 or larocheposay sunscreen

I use Fresh’s soy face Cleanser. Kate Somerville’s exfolikate and DDF’s oil free moisturizer and benzoyl peroxide gel. I’ve also used DDF’s sulfur therapeutic mask.

Right now I’m using almost all Kate Somerville products. Some of her products are great but others are replaceable. Exfolikate and the Quench Hydrating Face Serum are must haves.

Palmers Cocoa Butter new skincare range has really impressed me and I’ve always had really good (and noticeable!) results from Olay Regenerist and Definity (for tone correcting). And Dior eye cream!

Origins! I love their natural products and their attention to acne and oily skin (me!) Plus their recycle program is earth friendly and rewarding because they give you samples! =)
A bit pricey for me though.

I don’t use much on my face, don’t really have a fav brand. So far I’m liking Dove sensitive soap. Until I can find something to clear up my old acne scars and uneveness. I’ll go with something easy.
Dove and a moisturizer plus sunscreen is all I used. I been hearing some good things about Nude, Ren, and Ole Henriksen. So I may try one of those next.

Arbonne. I will never give it up. It just maintains my skin so well. I also have a few go-to’s from Clinique.

I do have a wish list of Erno Laszlo and La Mer, but my wallet can’t handle it quite yet!

I had gorgeous skin when I was younger, used to get compliments all the time… and then I hit 22 and everything changed! I get pimples from time to time, but my skin is dry, and I get redness… Haha, wasn’t I supposed to have skin problems five years ago? So I’ve scrambled to try to find something that helps! I’m still trying different things, but so far Clinique, Neutrogena, and The Body Shop seem to work pretty well, though none seem to perform head and shoulders above the rest. I guess I’m not sold on anything yet. I had a terrible experience with Korres, though! 🙁

I really love Caudalie for the way it leaves my skin, Korres for excellent natural stuff on a budget, but I have to say that consistent use of Estee Lauder leaves my skin in the best shape and if I time things right with sets and GWPs, it often comes out cheaper overall that even drugstore stuff– and that’s without counting the multi hundred dollars in free makeup. Deal!

Vichy gel cleanser (for acne prone skin)! I’m not sure if it’s available in the states but it’s under the L’oreal company, like La Roche-Posay. I have been using this since my pubescent stage where pimples, zits and acne used to haunt my face. Upon the introduction of Vichy gel cleanser, my face cleared up within 2-3 weeks (i think so, that was 6 years ago!). Recently, I introduced the gel cleanser to my younger brother who has the same pubescent problems as me and his face has showed remarkable improvement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ALL OILY/COMBINATION ACNE PRONE SKIN 🙂

Vichy gel cleanser aside, I really like the toner/clarifying lotion from Clinique. Leaves my face feeling fresh and clean.

I have yet found my HG exfoliating cleanser. I’m using the Shiseido Pureness Pore Purifying Warming Scrub once a week for 3 months now. I wouldnt say it’s useless, neither would i say it’s good. I really dont see much of a difference. Then again, I bought this in India where I am on an internship for 6 months, so it probably has helped prevent my face from deteriorating due to all the horrible pollutions! And

I love Dr. Bronner’s liquid or bar soaps for all over the body. They are mild but effective cleansers so they work for my face as well.
