Have been eyeing MUG for at least 2 years but never pulled the trigger, but the big sale did it. Finally placed my first order –3 shadows (Jester, Steampunk, Graphite), 2 blushes ( Secret Admirer and Puppy Love, Love Letter was sadly OOS), and a lippie (Misfit) for about $50 (woohooo!). Wanted to try a variety of stuff, but keep the order small, as they don’t accept returns, but your swatches/reviews have been SO helpful in narrowing down the wishlist. Thanks Christine!

Sooo tempting!!! Would love to get Moon Phase and Psychedelic, just not 100% sure how they’d look on my skintone? At present, my best foundation shade is Tarte AC Foundation in a mix of 2/3 Lt.-Med. Honey with 1/3 Med. Honey? I am currently NC37 in MAC Pro Longwear or the one in a tube that’s more luminous.
I think they would work layered with other blushes to transform + add sheen!
I went nuts when I saw that yesterday. Ordered 3 highlighters: Ablaze, Psychedelic and Daybreak. Also got two brushes: the stippling angled brush and the soft dome brush. I even have a brand new cart today going on with “bake sale” eye shadow, “sidekick” and another highlighter in Rekindle. OMG!! I’ve bought over 20 new highlighters this year alone, hahaha! I might have a problem with looking nice and glowy all the time (just trying to mask my dry skin LOL)
I have been buying MUG since they came out with their first blushes and I have not been disappointed with anything yet 😉
I love Makeup Geek so I ended up getting the final shadows I still wanted, Faux Fur, Tan Lines, Bleached Blonde, Karma, I’m Peachless… and then I got Midnight Sun as my first highlighter from them, it just seemed great based on your review. And a second outer v brush because I love that brush! I also bought the small crease brush. So nice that it was allll on sale!
