Codes Subtils #4 is a blackened brown with a fine, forest green pearl. It had opaque color coverage with a silky-smooth consistency that wasn't too soft in the pan. The eyeshadow blended out nicely in the crease and didn't appear patchy. I did find that it appeared greener the more I blended and diffused it, as the black base seemed to soften. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading.
