My skin is so dry and nothing works. Nothing. It gets flaky around the corners of my mouth, nose, and eyes. It’s so embarrassing and I don’t know how to get rid of it!
After cleaning your face , spray it with thermal water (I use Uriage, and the water is really important as the oil hydrates much better than on its own) and then put few drops of oil of your choice (I use pure organic cold-pressed rosehip oil). I thought nothing can help my dry skin either, and than I discovered this. And my skin was flaky not only in those areas, but on my whole face! I also use gentle exfoliant (Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant) once-twice a week.
My biggest problem is my unclean whole face and oily t-zon.

The hyperpigmentation on my cheeks from acne scars. I didn’t pop them, but when they finally went away (after 2 months), they’ve left nasty red marks. Any blush I put on top just emphasizes it, and concealer doesn’t cover it.

Besides getting chicken pox as a teenager, I’ve got a nice scar to show for it.
(Plus, theres this scar on my nose, like a dark discoloration that I think is an acne scar, but I cannot recall :'( It is about 2mm in diameter? 🙁 sadface)

Uneven color. What once was freckles (which I hated) has blossomed into sun-induced dark spots. Years of sun worshiping has caught up with me.

My acne scars, and damaged pores… I used a Biore pore strip on my nose for a couple of blackheads when I was 12 and ever since I’ve had big blackheads/stretched pores all over my nose area that have gotten worse with similar treatment: I didn’t know what to do with them.
Also, acne scars! Pre-clarisonic I had serious acne. All the procedures for improving acne scars are v. expensive, especially the divets I have.
