Besame Brightening Face Powder Trio
so excited for the kevyn aucoin set! I was getting worried that they weren’t going to release one this year. I’m glad they don’t have a mix of cream and powder in this one, I always find that powder inevitably gets mixed in with the cream products
These look very nice. I have besame lipstick and I like it but it’s kind of drying yet these minis would be nice.
Having not heard much on Wander I can’t justify the price when instead I can grab the Sephora brand minis.
Buzom in the minis are great and that Armani set is just enough.
I am leaning towards purchasing more mini lipsticks as I find them better for me, than full sizes because I use them quicker. I’ve got two many full sized lipsticks that I haven’t used in a long time but Minis are my go to. I’ll still buy the full sized but the minis are def a must have.
Bummer, very pretty sets, but I have way too many red lippies already, so skip for me. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve always wanted to try Besame and Giorgia Armani lipsticks .
Restraint is a good thing. Unlike Mo, I don’t find besame particularly drying, without primer. Again, it would be great in my fantasy second home, but highly duped. I might spring for the Armani, as I haven’t ever tried any. These mini sets are a good way to put a toe in the pool, and at least I’d wear reds. Followed by regret as I go acquisitive.
Starlight looks way more pink in this palette than in the single compact version.
I love love love Besame’s lipsticks. I’m trying to decide whether the minis are worth it despite already owning Dusty Rose and Red Velvet in full sizes…. I do want to try the other sizes so oooh, very tempting.
I want the powder minis too. The vanilla is my HG and I want to try the other colors too.
And of course I really want to try the Buxom line too….. This may be a holiday of lip minis for me!
Ooohh I like Besame minis
With the crazy stash of lipsticks I already have, I am at that point where I will only buy a shade that is both unique to my stash and that I absolutely love. Therefore, I just don’t know how I feel about having a slew of minis added to the mix? I mean, they ARE a cost effective way to sample many shades, and yet on the other hand, it’s also yet more clutter. Idk? The KA cheek palette does look quite appealing, however. Although, I wonder WTH happened to Starlight?
Same here! I have SO many lippies already, it doesn’t make sense for me to buy sets where there might be mulitple dupes (ie 3 reds) , so I only try to buy unique shades now. If I were to start my stash all over again, I think I would’ve bought more mini lippies whenever possible, b/c it’s so hard to finish a full size, before another one (or dozen) catches my eye.
Oh mah gah that Kevyn Aucoin set… I need it! I’m SO glad its all powders/ no cream. They are so good for multitasking, imo. i have a feeling that one will find its way into my hot little hands.
WaW this Kevin aucoyn palette!! love at the first sight! 🙂
The Kevyn palette looks lovely, and I’m running low on two of the products listed so it sounds like a pretty well priced offering.
Maybe the besame powders. Possibly it could replace an old ?YSL grind ’em thing with rose and lavender. Hard to know when those things run out, bec you can’t see the product. I see my S sale list growing, despite my best intentions.
Ooooh I love the look of the Besame mini set and the Wander set, beautiful colours. Is the Wander set full size?
I’ve been wanting to try the Besame lipsticks for a long time. One has lived in my Sephora “Loves” for about a year. And since red lipstick is my thing, and I *only* have about three dozen reds, I went ahead and got the mini set. 🙂 Thanks for the heads-up.
My favorite is the Kevyn palette. The Besame powder set looks interesting too. My list is getting too long this year 🙂
Both Bésame sets for me. I’ve been wanting to try their lipsticks for so long, as I love old Hollywood, old movies and red lips.
The Armani set is also interesting. Did I mention I love red lipsticks 🙂
Anyone else think “Prone to Wander” isn’t the best name for a lipstick set?! 😉
I am swooning over those Besame sets!
The Besame mini lipsticks are an easy pass for me bc I have three of the five in full size and can’t pull off brown lipsticks. But for people who’ve wanted to try the brand, this looks like a fantastic set! Their lipsticks are high on my list of favorites.
The powder set is good too but a little limiting- I can’t see many people being able to wear both the Vanilla and the Vanilla Rose shades. I love their powder and have the Violet and Rose but I wouldn’t classify them as 100% translucent powders.
Just love those Besame lipstick set – all the shades I like.
That Besame set is definitely on my list! I’ve wanted 1946 Red Velvet for the longest time because I just love the concept, but I’ve never been able to justify the price of just one red lipstick. A set with reds from all the eras is just so cool!
I’ve been wanting to get a Besame lipstick for a while, so this is very tempting to me. Minis are all I could justify at this point.
