Tarte Limitless Lippies Tarteist Creamy Lip Paint Set ($42.00 for 0.27 fl. oz.) is a set of eight miniature sized Lip Paints, which are like a liquid lipstick that doesn't quite dry down and has more of a velvety finish--more like a satin than a matte. The formula is supposed to be "ultra-pigmented," "non-drying," and long-wearing. In my experience, this formula never fully dries down, but they are more comfortable to wear as they are not as drying as traditional liquid lipstick; they have a tendency to get more and more matte as the color wears down, but it is a rather pigmented product that it still lasted for four to seven hours on me. The formula has a mint scent but no taste to me.
