Beauty.com Friends & Family Sale | 25% Off


Now through September 4th, you can get 25% off Beauty.com when you click through this link (it will activate the special offer; you may have to clear cookies if you’ve activated another offer recently). In case you haven’t heard the news, Beauty.com (and its sister site, drugstore.com) will be shutting down at the end of the month. As a result, all sales are final at this time.

Oh my gosh! You just signed up?! I have been buying from both sites for years (6 years maybe), and they have been really awesome with deals and customer service! The 25% off has been going on a couple days now and all the good stuff are gone, and I doubt they will re-stock…I was able to grab some Nars foundation, consealer and couple Audatious Lipsticks for a 20% off plus 15% off if you google that the link, it will pop up. And yes, they can work together!!

Yes, I’m late to the party! I’ll check out both sites this weekend, see if there’s anything decent left. Maybe it’s best there’s not much left, as I already have plenty of skincare and makeup. Thanks for the tip and congrats on your haul! What a great bargain

Good riddance to bad rubbish. I placed 2 orders with them. Both times I had items I returned, they did not credit me for my returns. When I found out I called, they did credit me the money, but that left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Did this happen to anyone else?

I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue with Beauty.com – always have received my orders promptly. I’m not sure if I’ve ever even had to call them, because I just haven’t had problems! I have ordered from them for 5 years? longer maybe.

I’m glad this didn’t happen to you Chrisitine.

The oddest part was that the orders were years apart, which made me feel like they were doing it deliberately. It’ s my personal experience. Therefore, if it happens once shame on them, if it happens twice shame on me. Although I am happy that it worked out for the best (getting my refund), it could have turned into an ordeal. Either way, it’s poor practice and I choose not to support companies with shady ethics.

I ordered from a MAJOR high end makeup company’s website. I absolutely love their makeup and I refuse to buy from them again. I returned one item from a large order, if I had not noticed it I would have never received the credit for a rather pricey item. I have since sworn them to a no buy list. I know this could have been a fluke, but I am very stubborn. With this situation, I honestly think it could have been an oversight, but I was really displeased that there was no remorse on their part what so ever, so I choose not to support them any longer, even though it won’t make a difference to them.

I guess the take away from my own experience is that people need to make sure they are keeping check of their credits and charges, especially when placing large orders or returning items.

If you use Ebates, you can get an extra 18% off your order of $88 or more of NARS or Kate Somerville products. and combine that with the 20% off! I love NARS and was able to get a lot of products at an awesome price. NARS pro discounts vary from 25% to 40% so this is a great deal in my opinion. I got over $300 worth of NARS products for $189!!!
