MAC Sized to Go Lipglass
MAC Sized to Go Lipglass ($10.00 for 0.08 fl. oz.) just launched 12 travel-sized glosses; some are repromotes from past limited edition collections and others are new. Full-size Lipglass retails for $15.00 and contains 0.16 fl. oz., so comparing the two, Sized to Go costs $125.00/oz., while the full-size is $93.75/oz. Another way to think about it is you’re paying 2/3 the price for 1/2 the product, but if you have a lot of gloss or travel frequently, smaller sizes may still be better as they’re easier to go through.
As a note: two of the repromoted shades, Carousel and Lots of Laughs, seemed darker in the Sized to Go than my original versions.
Short & Snappy is pretty. And it also looks really nice from up close.
I really enjoy travel sizes. Fits into purse better & takes up less room in my stash. I rarely finish any of my makeup. Not as cost effective, but it evens out-sort of. I’d like every company to make trial sizes of everything!
The shimmer in Itsy Bitsy is gorgeous! And the name is so cute!
I’m on a no buy for gloss, but Itsy Bitsy and Love You Big Time is making the magpie in me sing! I do wish more brands would come out with smaller glosses at smaller prices. I mean, a big tube of gloss might be cheaper by the oz, but if it goes rancid before you finish it, then it’s not such a great deal.
Clear Water is one of my favorite toppers so now that it’s available again I can indulge more often!
Looove the small size/ small price proposition! I’m in the “I never finish anything” camp most of the time, so I’m happy to pay less total, even if the ppo is a bit higher. I’ve got my eyeball on Itsy Bitsy and especially Water Dieties!
Will you be able to back to MAC them? Or combine a back to MAC with the holiday mini ones
I don’t work for MAC, so I don’t know what their most current Back to MAC policies are! I would recommend speaking with an associate at your local MAC store or counter, as the rules can vary!
I’m going to pick up Water Deities. Great one to keep in my handbag to highlight lips throughout the day 🙂
Going to grab up Love You Big Time and Water Deities x’s 2! I sadly missed out on Water Deities last go round, so yes, 2 tubes! LYBT looks like it would look very nice over my Pandemonium l/s for a glossy (moist!!!) take on my purple feeding frenzy of late.
I missed out on Water Deities before, and now I’m so excited to get my hands on it! some of these look really pretty, I’m really looking forward to reviews 🙂
Clear Water and Water Dieties are my choices!
Itsy Bitsy and Clear Water are calling my name! I’d rather carry a tiny gloss, and lippie (TF Boys I’m looking at you!) cause I’m all about small handbags anymore. I never finish a gloss anyway so I rarely invest in the $$$ ones. Kinda wish there were some vamp shades- but these are great!
So glad to see this heads up! I’m going to pick a couple of the travel sized ones up Short & Snappy, Candy Yum Yum definitely and Raring To Go probably.
None of the colors really excites me, but I like the idea of having a smaller size. Maybe that way I’d actually stand a chance of finishing something.
Water Deities is for me. I just bought a Buxom full-on lip gloss about the same color and sparkle effect, but I like Water Deities as a no-tingle option.
I read “Lots of Laughs” as “Lots of Launches”, and I thought, well, that’s the most appropriate color name for MAC I’ve ever seen.
Itsy Bitsy looks completely gorgeous!
