I’ve got to try this! I have very oily skin and I’m currently using MAC Studio Fix pressed powder daily to control shine (starting at about noon until night). It’s great but can look a little powdery if I overapply.

I also use Mac’s pressed Blot Powder which helps, but with my oily skin I need to apply it more than few a times to keep the oil under control.

With my own personal summers year round, I’m seriously in need of a great blotter. I’ll try everything everybody recommends here in the comments. I use the YSL HD Blur Perfecter bronzer. It was a cream to powder application that I can put over my foundation. It does work as a blotter. When I don’t need bronzing I use the Tarte Amazonian clay pressed powder. Looking forward to seeing what others are using. I’d like to be able to blot the sweat that pours off me making me have to reapply my foundation 3x a day!

Too funny. I only get that way @ night job, or after I eat, and call it the big M all over again. Actually don’t use any blotting prods. PC normalized my skin, and I seldom use real foundation, bb, or anything that will melt. Occ I use It bye bye pores, but that’s not exactly the same thing, more of a setting powder. Couldn’t stop to pat one on, anyway.

I actually use a thin layer of this before my foundation (until I’m not shiny anymore) and follow with my foundation and then this again. I set with a facial mist to avoid the look of powder-ness. It seems to help on really humid days.

I don’t have oily skin, just some shine on my T- zone at end of the day, so most of the pressed powders have been ok for that. MAC Blot seems to do the job just fine.

Definitely NYX Cosmetics Blotting Powder in Light. I love it. It goes on so easily and the results are perfect for me. I kind of dab lightly at any place I might need extra coverage for a bit of shine I don’t want to see.

Coty Airspun loose powder in the shade Naturally Neutral! This keeps my face from getting greasy even on a really warm day and keeps my foundation on all day too.

MAC’s transparent pressed powder is the most mattifying powder I have come across! And I’ve tried them all! I use a sponge to push the powder into areas I get oily, and dust it away with any brush. It kept me Matte even at a summer bbq!!!! And I have OILY SKIN!
