Fenty Beauty by Rihanna to Debut Fall 2017

According to WWD, Kendo, which is an incubator within the LVMH family (also responsible for the development of Kat Von D Beauty and Marc Jacobs Beauty), will work closely with Rihanna to develop a makeup range, Fenty Beauty. The line is slated for a fall 2017 debut. It will be launched at Sephora where Sephora is available, and it is expected to be distributed at other retailers where there are no Sephora stores. Rihanna has previously collaborated with MAC Cosmetics and launched a multiple, seasonal collections as part of that partnership. From all indications, that partnership proved successful with key items selling out quickly, so it’s no surprise that Rihanna is now creating her own makeup range. Here’s hoping for an assortment of non-traditional colors and textures!

Oh awesome!! Really looking forward to an “assortment of non-traditional colors and textures” . I really admire Rihanna’s style– she’s not afraid to switch up her looks and push the envelope in fashion/makeup, let’s hope her line is just as exciting and fun. I missed out on her last collaboration with MAC (wasn’t a big makeup junkie back then) so looking forward to this line

I really couldn’t care less about another celebrity makeup line… even if it’s from Rihanna. Ahwell, it probably won’t be sold in Europe anyways.
