Good golly, I always forget how many releases MAC does for Spring! They all look promising, though! Very fresh, interesting shades and products. This may be the year they win back my trust haha.

Hmm, interesting…. I like the idea (gloss that stains) and the promo pic of the lollipop, but the tubes look awfully small for $ 24, like those mini glosses you get for GWP

These are a definate “wait and see” for me. Having bought almost every Reckon Kissable Balm Stain several years ago, and finding out that they could really dry my lips out if I wasn’t applying it like every few hours or wearing a gloss on top!

I’m at a loss as to how they came up with the name “Versicolour” considering the only reference point I have for it is “tinea versicolour”: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinea_versicolor

“Tinea versicolor is a common fungal infection of the skin. The fungus interferes with the normal pigmentation of the skin, resulting in small, discolored patches.”

If they wanted to invoke the notion of “versatility”, wouldn’t it have made more sense to name the product “Versacolour”? In any case, big ups to MAC for bringing some much needed glamor to a common dermatological condition 🙂

I agree, whoever names these products is not considering the connotations associated with the terms theyre choosing. “Versicolour”, and “waterweight” sound pretty offensive, lol.

I could definitely go for this. First off, it’s not yet another ANOTHER ANOTHER matte, and then I love stains because I don’t have to keep messing with reapplying all day long.

This seems very interesting to me. I love the idea of a glossy stain. Nice change from all the mattes this winter. The colours are bold and bright which just scream summer to me. I will await your reviews Christine and if they are good, I’m in!
