I haven’t purchased any superglasses but “sweet tart” looks like a pretty color. I love my peachy coral lip colors and sweet tart would be perfect. & i love that they have sparkles in them 🙂

Disco Blend is my favourite as its a gorgeous sheer copper shot through with those signature beautiful ‘flakies’ that are seen in the whole superglass collection. I think its pretty neutral so it will suit warm and cool girls, and it makes a refreshing change from the pinks and nudes we see MAC constantly pumping out with every collection.

I just love Disco Blend, it seems gorgeous and very simple. I recently added sweet orchid and violet to my collection, I need to calm down with the not so discreet ones^^ Apart that, Totally bang caught my eye, it would do a great job on top of Petals & Peacocks I think and look beautiful on its own^^

I cannot choose just 1 Superglass, because they are all fabulous. But since I have to pick out my favorites of the collection, I would have to go with:

1)Totally Bang!: I love this one, because it is just this bright Fuschia Pink and I think it would go great over my Show Orchid lipstick.

2) Cherry Electirc: I would say this ties with Totally Bang! because it is just so pretty, and I would put it on top of any my lipsticks, especially my Viva Glam one for an extra dazzle and POP!

3) Sugar Overload: I feel that this one would go great on top of my neutral lipsticks. My favorite neutral lipsticks is Jubilee. It will give a hint of pink shiny-ness (sp? haha) to it and it would look great! I could even put it over Viva Glam GaGa and it would just make it stand out that much more!

i’m going to go out on a limb here and say that my favorite is tunnel of love. definitely not a color i would normlly opt for but to color is gorgeous! i love the way the flakies look in such a dark base and i’m sure it’ll look amazing layered over lipsticks.

I am totally split between superflash! and fab frenzy! Superflash is a great neutral that could go with anything and I do usually do a heavier eye so I try to stick with a neutral lip. Fab frenzy is just really hot and juicy!

I would love to try Disco Overload, I would say that is my favorite only because for the summer season it would look great layered with a nude lipstick like Myth or Fleshpot. The color will look more vibrant and beautiful 🙂

Fab Frenzy is my favorite, because I think it works the best by itself. Love the purple and red sparkles as opposed to the silvery ones in the other glosses.

However, I think Sugar overload would go great with just about any lipstick!

Fab Frenzy would have to be my favorite because I love all the shades of purple in it, and would do well with many skin tones. I favorite Sugar Overload because of the nude color. I love wearing nudes with intense dark eyes, but sometimes I want a bit more BAM. I think this would be perfect.
I love Sweet Tart too! It would be a lovely everyday color for me, that isn’t too crazy.

Even though the color isn’t something I would normally go for, i’m drawn to the shade ‘Tunnel of Love.’ Containing it’s reddish brown and peachy shimmer, it’s a great shade, that many could rock! Plus, it’s one of the most pigmented and color pay off shades in the collection, so that’s a plus too!

I totally expected “Totally Bang” to be my favorite, but I have fallen HARD for “Fab Frenzy”. First of all, it looks wonderfully delicious in the tube. It swatches great, and looks amazing on, too. Normally, I’m not a huge fan of purples, but I think the blue sparkles in this are gorgeous, and I find it looks more raspberry-ish than purple on my lips. It reminds me of “Date Night” Dazzleglass, but with a tad more dazzle. 🙂

Hello, I just watched your video on the MAC Collection of Superglasses, the one that caught my eye was Total Bang! I absolutley love the pigmentation of it. I am a little bit biased because my favourite colour is hot pink, but that’s okay. I really just love the colour. “Tunnel of Love” would have to be my all time favorite of the whole Mac Superglass collection. I don’t own alot of Mac lip-glosses, but I do enjoy the vast amount of color choices within the lipgloss collections. If i were to choose one that i would probably favor by the look of the swatches and color, it would be “Tunnel of Love.” I don’t come across many colors like these, nor would I ever reach out and try it if i were makeup shopping. But after coming across your video the contrast between the dark-brown red with orange glitter I fell in love with its unique beauty amongst the other shades. I think this shade could be very versatile to achieving many looks to compliment day or night time looks. Great review!

After seeing all the shades swatched (thanks as always for that!), my mind has been changed, and I can now safely say that Totally Bang! is my favorite. I like that it’s one of the more opague shades, and very vivid. I think it’s one of the few that can stand up on it’s own.

My favourite Superglass is Sugar Overload because it is perfect to top off on any lipstick, or of course on its own! It isn’t a flashy or over the top colour so even though it is super sparkly it would still be okay to wear day or night!

I love Fab Frenzy and Cherry Electric. Cherry Electric because it has just enough colour to make a difference on its own, but it is sheer enough that it will not drastically alter any lipstick I am wearing. I totally love fab frenzy 🙂 I love purple glosses and i usually go for more pale purples ( like mac opal lustre glass or perk lipglass. ) , but this purple is so unique to me. I love it.

Sweet Tart- I am definitley in love with this one because I love pale pinks. And since I am younger I can’t use super bright colors. But I am also african american so some bright pink lipglosses would look ridicolous! But I am in love with any natural colored pinks with blue, gold or purple sparkles! And that’s why I feel Sweet Tart would be my favorite MAC Superglass:)

Sugar Overload is my favorite shade from this collection. I probably like it the best because I like names that coordinate with the color and the sugar off white yellow gold color of the supergloss just makes my mouth water at the site of it. Even though I love to have good color pay off from my lip products I am going to buy Sugar Overload regardless. But if I had to pick one that gave better color pay off to be my favorite it would be Fab Frenzy because that would be god like for next fall when I want a dark lip but a nice pop of purple glitter. Fab Frenzy reminds me of Young Punk but for my lips 😀

My favorite shade of MAC superglass is the sweet tart, it is almost barbie like in appearance and that’s what I love without it being over the top pink. My favorite shade from this collection is Sweet Tart.

I personally love every shade there is here, but the peachy pink with gold shimmers really catches my eye. I’ve only had experiences with drugstore lip products before (besides my holiday Borghese high shine lip glosses which, well we won’t delve into those nasty details…), and the Sweet Tart shade really reminds me of Covergirl’s Bronzed Peach lipstick.

Both the CG lipstick and the Superglass seem, to me, not very appealing for most people at first glance. However, both are gorgeous on virtually every single person, no matter their skin tone.

I really think the Sweet Tart Superglass is the most versatile, and can work for anyone, which is why it is my favorite 🙂

Sugar Overload is fantastic! It works in so many different and contrasting ways. It can be sweet and naughty, natural and sexy. I love to wear it alone as it leaves this clear layer of pure shine almost like a candy apple with the most intriguing goldenish particles.
And although there is glitter, I found suitable for work, in other words it is not over the top glitterish and although feels quite thick on lips, it was worth, since it last through myu 3rd cup of coffee. For that reason, I’d recommend it for a date involving going out for dinner as it will stay on so you don’t have to worry about bare lips! Kudos

This is my first time commenting on your blog but I’ve been reading it for the past week and I love reading your reviews and actually getting to see how the colours look! I just made a few Mac purchases yesterday with the help of your blog!

My favourite superglass colour is sweet tart because of its wearability. It looks like a colour that can be worn alone on more casual days or on top of a pretty lipstick to glam it up. I usually play up my eyes so a paler and pretty lip is usually what I do. 🙂

My favourite is the Fab Frenzy. I like lippies that gives the lips a cool tone that still looks natural, and this gloss seems to do just that. Also I think it would look amazing over one of my lippencils!
Oh, haha, and I would love to use this in public, particularly in front of my male friends, because of how it looks in the bottle.

My Favorite MAC Superglass is the Cherry Electric… The vibrancy of the colors and the shimmer of the glitter is awesome. I can imagine layering this on top of Show Orchid (MAC) and how amazing it would look! YAY!

I would have to say ALL the Superglasses are gorgeous to me so sorry Christine, i can’t favor just one!!! I love to mix and play with colors and when i am able to purchase MAC products be it lipsticks or glasses, i enjoy mixing them up or simply wearing them alone. I have no MAC counter near me 🙁 so when i do buy MAC it’s online or if i drive over an hour lol. Before i make any purchase..whether MAC or any other brand, i first come here to see if any pics or reviews have been posted, You are a real help :)!!!! Oh hello Disco Blend, where have you been all my life?

I love love love x1000000infinity big, black smokey eyes but I’m not a fan of nude lips (I have pigmented lips so anything light and nude looks weird to me). I saw this gloss and fell in love. Not a lot of pigmentation so no for the nude but with a LOAD of glitter which makes me happy and brings attention to the lips. Frikkin fabulous.

Honestly I love them all. I am having such a hard time deciding which ones to get!

I love Fab Frenzy, I love my date night so I know I’m going to love this. I always stuck with my tried and true pinks and then one day i branched out and now I love my purples!

Gift Wrap is a great peachy pink which is my staple. I’m sure I’ll wear this one a lot. I feel like you could put it over any lipstick and it would look great. It reminds me of Nars Super Orgasm 🙂

I still can’t decided on Totally Bang! or Cherry Electric. They are both great colors. Totally Bang! reminds me of Girl About Town but I love the red tint in Cherry Electric.

But I certainty wouldn’t mind having them all! I lip glosses and MAC is my fav 🙂

It’s SO funny Christine – you are my go to source for MAC release info, and I haven’t been to my local store since Superglass was released. It wasn’t until I talked to a friend who had been, that I discovered the gorgeous purple colour is being released in the U.S. but not here in Canada. Weird, and such a shame, since it’s a lovely shade.

Fab Frenzy because I love how a purple gloss will transform a plain jane l/s and Sugar Overload because it will add some spark and shimmer to any l/s or drab gloss! I would say Fab Frenzy is my favorite because it is the most unique im my opinion of the bunch. The multi-faceted shimmer/glitter is similar to Date Night Dazzleglass but with more POW and Fierceness! It’s just one of those lip glosses people will stop and ask “what are you wearing?”

I don’t usually wear lipsticks, so I like to wear lipgloss a lot.My favourite colours are Fab Frenzy and Tunnel of Love. I like Fab Frenzy because of the high pigmentation and i love the colour of the flakies. The contrast of the colours are beautiful. I think It would look amazing on all skin tones (if used sparingy d:). It would look beautiful on warmer, darker tones and add a very interesting twist to cooler skintones too. I love Tunnel of Love as well because its so unique. In the tube it comes as a almost dark brown but on the lip it looks softer and beautiful. I love the colour of the flakies because the combo of peach and the coppery tones.

Sugar Overload! I love the sheerness and golden color this gives. This would definitely be my “go to” gloss whenever I need a pop of sparkle on the center of my lips. Because it’s nice and sheer, I don’t have to worry about it messing up the lippie I have underneath. Since I wear lots of neutral lippies, this tint would be perfect on any of them.

My favorite superglass is superflash! because over any coral lipstick, it give a nice unique shimmer. Also, it is a very universal color and no matter what skin color you have, it will look great on! Lastly, it is a color that you can wear to any occasion. During the day, it will give your lips a nice glittery affect but still look natural. At an evening out, you an dress it up and it will give your lips a lushous look, making any girl want that color on their lips. I haven’t had the chance to get them yet, hopefully tomorrow *fingers crossed*, but I really like the looks of “Superflash”, “Fab Frenzy”, and “Cherry Electric”. The purple looks awesome, I adore purples, and I like that it’s rather sheer so I can choose to wear it by itself and have a little bit of purple or apply it over something like “Orchidazzle” and get a nice pop of purple.
I’m really into pink lip products right now, so “Superflash” is an obvious must, and “Cherry Flash” is a little more daring and I’m wanting to take a risk and see how I like it.:)

I love Fab Frenzy. My favourite subtle look is MAC Viz-A-Violet all over the lid with a dark grey gel liner. By adding a vibrant purple lip gloss or lipstick I can turn it into a dramatic look in 10 seconds.

I purchased Tunnel of Love and Sugar Overload from the MAC site last week. I have a deep mocha complexion, and as a sheer gloss, I think Tunnel of Love has the perfect amount of pigment for my skin tone. It is a beautiful deep chocolate shade which the glitter enhances. As for Sugar Overload, the glitter really comes through, but I love to wear this gloss on its own or wear it over a MAC lipstick — my true love. Off topic, I think this is one of the best forums to refer to when researching the latest makeup trends and styles 🙂 Great work!!

I have been excited about Sweet Tart superglass ever since I saw your swatch with it over show orchid. I picked it up as soon as my local MAC counter had it and wore it home from the store. Wearing it with something like MAC show orchid, Girl about town, or impassioned, makes me feel super glam. I received so many positive comments about it from all of my friends….and hey how can you not love something that makes you feel like Lady Gaga.

I’d like to suggest you get a friend of color to model some of the makeup. When I tried Tunnel of Love on myself it looked completely different than it did on you. I think it would help to give your sneak peeks and reviews a new dimension.

Fab Frenzy is my favorite because it goes so well with many of my lipsticks. A special pair is with Rebel by MAC. If I want a sheer yet colorful finish, I put on Fab Frenzy then top it off with Rebel. If I want a pop to my lipstick, I put the lipstick on first then spice it up with Fab Frenzy. I recommend using these with lipsticks or any lipglass that doesn’t have a “pop.”

Fab Frenzy is gorgeous! It looks like a really wild lipgloss from the outside but if you actually apply it, it’s a normal lipcolor with some purple-ish glitter on it – very unique! I LOVE glitter. So I say, the more glitter, the better!

Tunnel of Love is my favorite superglass by MAC because of how versatile it can be. Not only is it unique because many consumers don’t see brown as a typical lipgloss, but it can be applied over any lipstick to amplify the color. fab frenzy hands down. My scrub uniform @ work has to be purple so I look for different barrettes & make up to match my uniform. I loved Electrolady eye liner & the new limited edition glitter eyeliner pencil in Designer purple. So imagine when i walked by and saw the shimmering flecks of glitter beaming through the clear cylinder! I snatched it up & spread it across my lips & ive been wearing it every day!

Oh these colors are all so luscious! I love them all for different reasons, but mostly because there is a color that fits every kind of mood I have, some days I want to be soft and feminine, while other days I want to be a little dramatic and seductive. I love disco blend. I had an Man MUA apply this on top of kraft and it was fabulous. My lips was also outlined in chestnut. I would have to say that the runner up would happen to be tunnel of love but disco blend wins. I can see myself wearing this over a lot of my neutral lipsticks.

This is such a beautiful collection… It’s really hard to choose.

But I would say that I absolutely love ‘TOTALLY BANG’… I think it’s an amazing colour and the bright pinks really complement my skin tone. I would wear it on top of my MAC SLIMSHINE in ROCK OUT.

I also think that FAB FRENZY is a very unique colour. I really love this collection.
