Scandal Eyes (Glitter) is described as a "sparkly bewitching black duo-chrome." It's a multi-colored shimmered dark charcoal gray with subtle, neutral-to-warm undertones and a fair amount of glitter. The texture felt smooth in the pan, but it was so soft that it was also a little crumbly to work with, so it was harder to blend out the eyeshadow over the base and was better only patted on with a firm, flat synthetic brush with only very subtle blending on the edges to keep it from getting everywhere.
