I so wish there was a mauve tone similar to Mood Light. It’s my all time favourite shade of finishing powder for an instant ‘lift’. Maybe the pink or maybe the beige.. will look forward to seeing this product in action.

Curious about the ‘strobe light sculptor’ product mentioned as well which seems rather oxymoronic to me. I’m not usually a fan of reflective sculpting products. Together as a duo these sound a lot like the TF Moonlight product.

These seem to just be new shades of the Ambient Lighting Powder repackaged and re-branded to include “strobe” in the name, capitalizing on the current “strobing” trend.

Incandescent is the middle shade in the Ambient Lighting Palette.

FIIIIINALLY. I just posted this on Reddit after seeing Wayne Goss post a photo, and then came here hoping you might have photos.

I have been waiting SO IMPATIENTLY for incandescent lighting.

For winter, I prefer to use an illuminating powder rather than setting powder to set my makeup. My $6 ELF Illuminating Palette has been my go-to everyday, but always curious about what’s new. I’m eyeing the beige and gold colors.

I had heard these were coming out and I can’t wait to see your review because the concept confuses me a bit. Are they meant to be just more highlighting while the regular ambient powders are just shimmery setting powders? Because the description still describes it to be quite natural. Either way I do love hourglass’s products so hopefully I’ll love this one too.

I’m hopeful about these because I think with the micro-pearl, they might work better for me. I tried the ambient lighting powders and I felt like they looked dusty and too matte on me and just sat on my skin. I’ve had better luck with finer shimmer so hopefully this would work better.

I’m confused – does one wear this all over the face or just for highlighting? It is mentioned that it is a finishing powder and that would be used all over the face? I agree, though, these look beautiful!!

Oh wait…sorry, I thought you were talking about the Ambient Lighting palette. Interesting that they “released” those two in palettes before the new line came out.

Grrr, I just broke down and got the Ambient Lighting palette for the incandescent light! I wonder how similar this incandescent strobe light will be? Seriously Hourglass powders are my weakness, they are one of the very few highlights that don’t age me.

Cant wait for your review, I’m also interested in seeing how these differ from the normal ambient light products. Perhaps more intense?

I’d love to look celestial 🙂
(Un)fortunately we don’t have Hourglass here, as far as I know and these are products at least I want to try before buying. Hourglass isn’t cheap, so I want to be sure it fits.
They do look tempting. I don’t have anything from Hourglass, maybe I’ll do a bit of research and add something to my b-day wishlist 🙂
