Signe Particulier #3 is a deep, plummy burgundy with warm undertones and a pearly sheen. The texture was noticeably dry, and the eyeshadow applied unevenly as it applied in patches. I had a challenging time getting the color to stick to the eyelid, so I think a slightly tacky primer would be best for this shade.
