I’m a bit under the weather at the moment (I think it’s the flu…), so if I look a bit ragged/tired, that’s why 😉 This didn’t quite come out how I wanted it, and I really wanted to wipe it all off afterwards, lol. Don’t you hate when that happens? Hopefully tomorrow will go better! (It’s been a rough few days here over at Temptalia HQ – nothing has gone as planned!)

By the by, Deep Dark is way too orange for me. I ended up using it more as a blusher (and had to buff it a bit), so I’ll be exchanging that next week when I go pick up my Colour Forms products (18th). I do like it as a light blush, so we’ll see – I’ll keep experimenting this week before I return it.

It’s Friday, ladies! Rejoice, we’re almost to the weekend. What do you have planned for tonight/this weekend?

I used Blue pigment (LE) on lid, Sea & Sky mineralize eyeshadow (marbled side) (LE) on inner lid, Sea & Sky mineralize shadow (colored side) (LE) on lid, Contrast eyeshadow on outer crease, Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow above crease, Nylon eyeshadow on brow bone to highlight, Sea & Sky mineralize shadow (colored side) (LE) on lower lash line, Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow layered on lower lash line, Graphblack technakohl on lower lash line, and Plushlash mascara on lashes. I had Deep Dark mineralize skinfinish duo on cheeks. I wore Sandy B lipstick and Illicit lipglass (LE).

Wow! Now that’s bold! I like it, though. I think I would feel like you did, though, and have an urge to take it off. It might be perfect for some girl’s night or something.

I have no plans this weekend, which I prefer. I like to just relax and take it day by day. If it’s warm enough, I’ll probably go swimming. We’ll see!

Yeah, I’m not going anywhere today (hopefully… I’m the biggest homebody you’ll ever meet, I swear!), so maybe that’s part of why I feel weird. Perhaps the fact I haven’t done anything this WHOA in a while, too?

Sounds like good weekend plans to me 🙂 I like hanging around and doing nothing. LOVE down time!

STUNNING! I bought Hot Contrast and Fresh Green Mix and passed on Sea and Sky, fearing it would be too much but I might have to rethink that now. . .

I love this look! This and that smoky green/gold/black look you did a while back are my favorites! I think it’s because I really like how deep, metallic jewel tones look on your eyelid… it just makes the color of your eyes pop!
If only I didn’t have to be saving up for my trip to Dublin at the end of the summer, I might actually be persuaded to buy this duo!

Are you kidding?! No way do you look ragged/tired. Try stunning and gorgeous! When I saw this look on you my first thought was Cleopatra-inspired along the lines of the Alexander McQueen Collection. Very beautiful on you, Christine.

So blue! I like it though. The lip combo is nice too, to tone it down a bit. What do you think of the mineralize shadow this time around? I know you mentioned you weren’t a big fan of them, but it seems MAC improves with every release of them… did you find this one easier to work with than ones in the past? The color is very intense!

Ahh, thank goodness for weekends. TGIF! Dinner out tonight; tomorrow I have an engagement party to attend & then girls night out. Sunday I finally get to relax though. I’m looking forward to that part most probably 😉

Thanks! It is quite intense, not quite as bright blue as I wanted, can you believe it? I think I need to use the shadow wet soon, and perhaps try a creamy base.

Yes, I did find it easier to work with; everybody’s been saying the same thing – they’re smoother, richer, and more intense. Hopefully it’s not just forgetful minds talking!

I really love this look. I try so hard to get the perfect blue shadow and it always fails! I wish mine would come out like that! Nice job as always.

i actually think the deep dark gives you a really nice glow from what i can see in this picture. but, if you can do the same (or better) with bronzer then i agree you should return it

Lol Cristine.U said wot i was thinking that it didnt came out as i thought and u too aswell!We match.I think it shud have been more INTENSE AND EXQUISITE.But its ok as u r also not feeliing well.Buti like it very much.Love the fact that those kinda Inky blue can be so BEAUTIFUL!!

UMM wow! I really refrain from using bright colors, except greens and purples because of their neutralness, but I love this. Most of the time, I think looks with a ton of color in them look tacky and dated, but this is gorgeous. I def. want to try this.. I LOVE IT.
