($51.00 for 0.12 oz.) is described as a “pearly pale pink.” It’s a light-medium pink with warm undertones and a light golden champagne shimmer with a glossy, luminous finish. It had mostly opaque color coverage, but the lighter color paired with the creamier consistency makes this one slightly streaky applied. It wears well for four hours on me while being hydrating. Do you know what drugstore foundation looks good in pictures taken in daylight that is long lasting and is for combination/oily skin? is that unheard of? LOL as well as a highend alternative pls thanks

I love this color! It is exactly what I am looking for — a gorgeous golden pink color. So bummed it s $45. Hmmm, are there any less expensive dupes you can recommend (I have a hard time paying more than $24 for a lipstick). Would love any other suggestions like this color!

Another beautiful shade from Guerlain! too bad this formula is not moisturizing enough for my lips. I love Guerlain, but for 45.00 I shouldn’t have to use lip balm before applying the color. When I was finally able to get my hands on Gems, I was sooo excited because the shade is perfect for my taste. Sadly, I won’t be repurchasing or trying anymore colors. Thank you Christine! The color looks very pretty on you and I’m happy you love the Rouge G’s!
Not moisturizing enough, really! That sucks 🙁 Every time I put these on, my lips are like “oh, thank goodness for moisture!”

I don’t know if I would splurge on this one just b/c it seems like it’d swatch streakily or not opaque enough for my pigmented lips. Then again I should probably swatch before I assume. I’m still loving the Spring Season series 🙂
