What brand's releases always get you excited?

What brand’s releases always get you excited? Share!

Tom Ford, because I remain astounded at the price point and how quickly products fly off the shelves, and I’m always curious to see what is next for the brand (Lips & Boys was rather unexpected). I still look forward to Urban Decay’s releases as well!

Definitely Colour Pop! Cheap and awesome products, I can buy a cartload of stuff without breaking the bank. Also Tom Ford – he has such great products /colors but my wallet panics every time he launches something.

Although I haven’t been really impressed with the latest MAC released, I still become very excited when a new limited edition collection is launched by them. Generally it’s the lipsticks that I am almost ALWAYS drawn too and sometimes even other items if the colour is amazing and the packaging cute. I have gone off MAC a little bit lately due to formulations from other companies I love more however, new product launches made by them still excite me the most for some strange reason!

I’m gonna have to say, no brand keeps me on the edge of my seat anymore. I used to go crazy for new collections, but I’ve been buying a lot less LE stuff in the past few years. I’m always curious to see what my favorite brands are coming up with, but I’m not super excited for the releases any longer.

Urban Decay!!! Especially in recent years. And MAC still can get me excited *when* they have something wonderful coming up, even if only half of a collection is great, I go for the high graded goodies! Nars Audacious lipsticks and their Dual-Intensity eyeshadows were excitement inducing, too! Idk, TOO many great things coming from many brands lately!

tom ford (same reasons as you, the price is alarming yet everyone keeps buying! products are gorg tho)
nars (since the nars audacious lippies i’m quite excited for their releases)
urban decay (palette pourposes)
mac (to see with which celebrity are they going to collab next)
anastasia beverly hills (they are expanding their line so i’m eager to see what they bring)

I look forward to Urban Decay’s releases. Mac also puts out some really cool and fun things. I would love to try some of Tom Ford’s stuff, but I live in a smaller city in Ontario and I’m not too close to Holt Renfrew where I think is the only place it is sold here. I’m not sure if it’s available online.

Chanel, because they don’t flood the market with new releases every 5 minutes and so when they do a new release, it’s exciting. UD because they always have stuff that I find hard to resist. And MAC, because I have such a soft spot for them and despite them doing too many collections for most of us to keep up with, let alone afford and many of them are really questionable quality, they still interest and excite me, even if I don’t want anything – I’m always interested to see “what have they come up with THIS time”.

Tom Ford! Although I can get excited about collections from other brands (especially Chanel and Guerlain), To Ford reigns supreme when it comes to anticipation.

Sugarpill, NYX (I actually don’t really like NYX products myself, but it’s exciting to see what they will offer next), Colour Pop. I’m rarely ever wowed by MAC launches anymore but I do love to see their promo images.

Everything is exciting though I’m more for HE brands. I enjoy finding diamonds in the rough from drugstore releases, though. Tom Ford, YSL, Armani, CdP, Dior & Chanel seem to catch my eye the most, though MAC sometimes has a beautiful promo pic as well.. UD is always fun.

I hate to say it, but I still get excited when MAC does a new release. Even though more often than not I don’t buy any of it because it’s all the same stuff they’ve done before, there’s still that little thrill of excitement to see what it’s going to look like

Tom Ford – for eye cream color(s), mostly. I have deliberately avoided anything else like lipstick or blusher because of the price point – I don’t want to like it and then not be able have it.
MAC – for just eyeshadows, mostly, and only certain formulations/finishes. I practically had kittens when I found out the extra dimension eyeshadows became permanent.
Guerlain – anything meteorites.
I’m starting to watch for Chanel and NARS lately.

Le Metier de Beaute has me at hello, its been too long since a new collection. Burberry, Chanel, NARS, the genius of Mr. Armani, Givenchy, I wait with bated breath.

Tom Ford has created some ingenious cosmetics but I am not a fan of his highly over sexualized advertising. I never used to think about such things before but now after being a consumer of make up for over 25 years, I have started to think about the different branches of this industry and where I feel comfortable planting my support.

Chanel. I always get butterflies when I hear of their new collections. For instance, I am now anxiously awaiting the Blue Rhythm Collection & just called Nordstrom to see when it will be instore plus it’s not on the Chanel website. August 3! Bummed cause I read July 5th. I am a Chanel addict.

Some of the MAC collections (I only get the limited editions at CCOs though because I hate the rush and the understocking they do), particularly the permanent ones like the Matte Lip collection and the new lip pencils based on the popular lipsticks like Ruby Woo. Some Urban Decay (like the Naked2 Basics) and Marc Jacobs though I can rarely afford it. I’m also really excited for the Charlotte Tilbury x Norman Parkinson collection as a cream version of the Filmstar Bronze and Glow is in it.

I’m an Urban Decay lover. I can’t wait for the new Naked Smoky palette. My favorite UD products are for eyes and lips. I like the setting sprays but haven’t purchased any face products. I intend to try the blush soon. Currently, I have too many face products to buy more.

Chanel. I can’t help myself. Their limited edition blushes and highlighters are always so stunning. And I’m a sucker for their eyeshadow sticks. They’ve totally got me every time.

Tom Ford because I’m always suckered in and pay the ridiculous prices. But, I must say I have not been let down by a single piece. I do also really look forward to MUFE,UD,and some Mac, Bare Minerals, and Lorac. But, I don’t turn my nose to anything that reviews well. My stash has everything from Nyx to Chanel and I’m perfectly content with it.

I am not brand loyal to any specific cosmetic line. For instance, I love MAC eyeshadow, but there lipstick dries my lips out like crazy. There are good products and not so good products in every line. Therefore, I never get excited about any brand’s debuts.

WARPAINTandUnicorns Avatar

Urban Decay, Kat Von D, MUFE, Sugarpill, Makeup Geek, NYX, and ColourPop (I’m not sure how they are going to keep this pass up in a couple of years. lol)

Also will also count Estee Lauder, not that all the products when they release them I go gaga over but I’m smitten for the Gelee formula as they were the first the launch it on the market. The reformulated eyeliner and lipstick speak to me as well…. Just can’t decide on a colour to pick up first though. lol

Same with it Cosmetics.

Urban Decay for sure, although I have bought some bits and pieces of certain MAC and Nars collections just because I liked the colors. My most favorite collection to date has to be the Pulp Fiction collection from Urban Decay, I bought the entire collection!
