The Superstars Set is almost identical to last year’s – a little disappointing since I am most excited and likely to splurge on this one!

Ugh I’m so in love with all of them… I’m such a sucker for holiday packages. Actually for value sets in general haha.
I am absolutely loving the two lip sets! But it seems that the bigger lip set is more geared toward cool-toned ladies. I’m warm toned so most bright pinks look awful on me. I think I may still with the smaller lip set. I also love the eyeliner set. I’ve used the same eyeliner for so long — might be nice to try some new products for a good price.
The bright pinks are definitely cooler tones, but I’m familiar with several of those shades, and many of the nudes and reds run warmer, so it actually looks pretty balanced to my eye. With a set like that, I think you’d wind up giving away a few shades to friends, anyway. Don’t know if that helps at all. 🙂
In the give me more lip kit are there any full size products compared to last years?
Oh god I really want give me more lip but it’s so pricey especially considering I already plan in the vice 3 being my big holiday make up purchase! I would get give me lip, but I dislike all the pale glossy tones. Why couldn’t it be more vampy lipsticks like the other?

I’m usually a huge fan of the Superstar Sephora Favourites boxes, but the last thing I need is another useless argan oil bottle and Orgasm blush. I might go for More Lip instead this year.
I think these are great gifts. I think the only one I might buy for myself would be the liners or lippie sets. I’d have to see the colors of the lip set swatched though other than the Bite crayon 🙂
I was so looking forward to the holiday sets this year, but I’m pretty disappointed. Last year I bought the superstars kit and loved it, so o was looking forward to this years. Unfortunately it has a lot of the same products in it, so I’ll be passing on it. And I really loved the sadly last year so I am super bummed. I’m hoping another brand will have an awesome holiday set for me to fall in love with.

The Glitz & Glam Kit looks SO gorgeous! I love that it looks like it could conceivably work together to create a single holiday look and has colors in it that are truly quite universal. Plus, I’ve played around with the Stila Magnificent Metals testers, and they are spectacular! They’re very similar to the Urban Decay Moondust Shadows but a little closer to a creamy consistency, which I feel makes them easier to apply.
The Sephora Favorites Superstars Kit really calls out to me, as well, because of the sheer amount of “cult” items it contains that I still haven’t gotten around to trying. I just can’t see myself paying $75 for it, though. I know if you do the math, it’s probably well worth it, but it’s hard to drop that kind of cash when you look at the box itself and see how small it is in real life! (P.S. Is it just me, or is it a turn off for anyone else when a kit contains a skin product in only one specific shade? I have pale skin, so the Smashbox BB cream might work for me, but I just don’t think it’s fair or good customer service to include products that will only work for a certain percentage of customers.)
I also reacted to that, the BB creme, I mean. I’d rather they didn’t put a BB, CC or fondation in anything, ever. Like how oftenare there an unusable one in a GWP. Including one in a box like this, that you actually pay for is a turn off.
Even though we don’t have Sephora here, I really want the Give Me More Lip set – as a lip product fanatic, it has so many brands in it that I want to try – Buxom, Hourglass, Bite, Fresh,Too Faced, KvD, OCC…
…I might just have to call in a favour… 😉
I actually feel that the Superstars Kit this year is a bit disappointing. The Glitz and Glam on the other hand is better than the one last year. I may pick tag that one up. 🙂

I was looking forward to the superstars set (last year’s proved to be a great buy), but this one is a let down. Maybe good for a newbie, but I’ve tried/have all but one of the products. The repeats from last year are a weird choice, especially the BB cream, it’s awful imo
I’m such a sucker for Sephora Favorites collections! I have SO MANY black eye liners (which for me is good because I lay it on THICK) and travel lip products because of them.
I’m happy that I’m not that interested in any of these sets. The super stars set seemed interesting but damn, I am getting tired of UD Sin and Nars Orgasm. Honestly, I haven’t even used up the blush I got from the same super stars set last year o_o
The Sephira favorites are great ways to sample products you’re interested in. Last year I bought the Lashstash as gifts and one for myself. I really enjoyed it. I have one remaining mascara – just in time for the 2014 version. I will pass this year, but I highly recommend trying the Sephora favorites.
When oh when is Sephora coming to Melbourne Australia? It is so, so sad that we cannot, for love nor money, get any of these wonderful deals. I love everything – especially the perfume sampler. Sigh – I will just have to miss out!

I just know that I’m going to have a moment of weakness and buy the Give Me More Lip set sometime this season. This year’s Last Stash looks amazing too. The last one was kind of a let down, but this one has a lot more variety. I have SOOO many mascara samples right now, Sephora! Please stop tempting me with more!
i always buy some of these to help add things to christmas gifts. i know it seems like they should be just given as a whole set, but it is nice to just put a lipstick and a mascara in with a gift! plus if i have any left over, i’ll use them. the mascara one is always a good one cause my mom loves to try new mascaras and the lip one looks amazing this year and i know a lot of my friends would like some of those!
