If you could create your own lipstick or lipgloss right now, what would you create?

If you could create your own lipstick or lipgloss right now, what would you create? What color? Finish? Type? Share!

A medium, pink-coral with gold and copper pearl shimmer with a satiny finish and full color coverage. Like Guerlain Gems (LE) but a touch lighter with more pink in the actual base color. OR recreate Chanel’s Dragon Rouge Allure Laque with more of a satin finish.

I’ve said this before, but I would love something like Mac Nymphette in the Bobbi Brown High Shimmer Lipgloss formula. Would probably be holy grail lipgloss for me.

A vivid raspberry rose with cool lilacky undertones – liquid lipstick formula, super duper pigmented cream finish that also stains and lasts for ages. Kind of like if you mixed OCC lip tars in Strumpet, Lydia and Rollergirl…

As much as I love the colour of Dragon, it can look a bit heavy on me and I prefer a solid lipstick- so maybe something like a Rouge G or Coco Rouge formula, although I bet it would look amazing in the new NARS Audacious formula 😀

I’d create a lipstick. Definitely something coral. Coral pink or coral red, or maybe a peachy coral, not sure. And creamy. With a soft sheen. And it has to be very moisturizing so I can wear it without lip balm.

Lipstick wise, I would make my perfect everyday pink. Something that brightens up my face without demanding attention, and that’s also moisturizing and long lasting.

For Lipgloss, I would make one that acts like topcoat does for nail polish. Adds shine, locks in moisture, and keeps lipstick from fading, transferring, or migrating.

Mine would be a rosy-nude-my-lips-but-better color. Finish would be something like the Milani Colorstatement Lipsticks because I find that’s the perfect consistency for me – hydrating without being overly glossy. 🙂

A lipgloss version of “Space Cadet” (that was more or less what I was expecting from the MAC Grunge collection, but the formula sucked and the products never arrived to my country anyway). Also, a redder, cooler, even golder version of MAC’s “Hellbound”.

A shimmery, almost metallic raspberry, like a lipstick version of NARS Boogie Nights gloss, which I guess is discontinued. Or a satiny greyed mauve/taupe/plum (nude for me), like MAC’s Vista (also discontinued) but with a touch more plum.

I finally found the lipgloss I always wanted in MAC Pedro Lourenco Gold Mirror. Prior to that color, I’d purchased about 10 lipsticks and lip glosses looking for that color. Unfortunately, I missed out on it since it was LE. So, I will be a MAC stalker hoping for a re-release.

A deep red, with just a touch of grey/brown, almost like blood when it begins to dry. Manic Panic did one years ago, called Blood Red, but I haven’t been able to find another.

If you search Emma Roberts at the Dior Fashion Show in 2013: I’ve been looking for the perfect, rosey-your-lips-but-better shade. And one that’s just enough of a gloss but not too shiny.

I wear Max Factor Moisture Rich Creme Rouge 537 with Mary Kay’s Intensity Controller (pale shimmery gold) over it that gets tons compliments every time I wear it. It’s the perfect red for me. I’d love a single lipstick that replicates the resulting color, which the Max Factor creamy texture, and would be very long-wearing.

For lipgloss, a shimmery “my lips but better” dusky pink that wasn’t super-sticky or overly-scented.

Something I call “red, but not red” – the muted, well, red shade, but apropriate to wear with simple eye make-up everywhere. MAC’s See Sheer, Retro or Brick-O-la are close. So is Maybelline’s Hollywood Red. But I need more those kinds of lipstick in my life, because I just love that effect!

I would create a Nars Orgasm lipstick. They have the blush, the polish, the lipgloss but I think an actual lipstick would be beautiful!!!

I would recreate:
• Chanel Dragon Rouge Allure Laque but slightly bluer & teeny bit more pronounced shimmer;
• More hydrating & better texture/formula of MUFE #4 Rouge Artist Intense (basically an exact color but in Burberry Lip Velvet formulation);
• Cooler version of Hourglass Siren Extreme Sheen Lipgloss (I’ll probably mix my Hourglass Siren & OCC Technopagan when I get my Technopagan);
• An exact recreation of Chanel Stunt Rouge Allure Laque; and
• Permanent line of M·A·C Mattene & Kissable Lipcolour!

I would create a combo I mix a lot, a red based pink with A peach colour just so it isn’t ‘in your face bright’ a colour that stands as a mix, bec you cant point out the exact shade.

I would love to have a creamy neutral with just a touch of shimmer. The “your lips but better” look in a richer color that would not end up looking bland like so many of the Bobbi Brown lip colors. I might be wanting the impossible, but it would be great if it could be worn by most skin tones during the day and jazzed up the a gold or silvery lip gloss for night.

I think we need to get a petition going to Guerlain to bring back Gems!! Its such a beautiful colour. (Have you ever tried YSL Melon D’or #59 ?- its a bit lighter than gems and is pretty on its own but over a pink or coral lipstick, its divine. )

I would make a true, opaque black with noticeable silver sparkle. Think the formula of MAC Cremesheen glasses with the sparkle of the Dazzleglass formula. Ugh I would DIE. I’m sick of mixing eyeshadow into clear gloss to get a glossy black lip! 😀

A VELVETY MATTE VERSION OF LE METIER DE BEAUTE IN THE KNOW BORDEAUX!

I have looked EVERYWHERE for that particular shade of red and I can’t find it anywhere! Its my power red, its just its in a lipgloss form, and I don’t like glossy finishes. T__T
