I’d definitely buy the RT Setting Brush. It’s been on my wishlist for too long. And if that’s not available, I’d buy Wet n Wild Silent Treatment, and maybe Nyx Cinnamon or Wet n Wild Sugar Plum Fairy.
I’d buy a Maybelline Colour Tattoo eye shadow in one of the more neutral shades (Nude Complement, if it’s still available – it really should be permanent) or a L’Oreal Infallible pressed eyeshadow. Or I’d get Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer or if it’s still being made, their Eye Colour Explosion eyeshadow palette in Caffeine Rush. Or there’s always Wet n Wild’s 8 pan palettes – they cost just under $5 in Canada, so you could get TWO!

Probably a Maybelline Volum’ Express mascara. Or another Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet lipstick, though I think that’s over 10 bucks, not sure about the conversions.
Maybelline Gel Liner in black. I adore the charcoal one I have but sometimes I want darker.

I would snatch up another Maybelline Color Elixir Gloss ($8) since they’re so AMAZING. If they had any new Jordana lip liner colors, I’d definitely pick one up ($2 each and I like them more than I like my MAC ones) I also am loving my NYX eyeliners ($8), Milani blushes ($8) and eyeliners ($7).
Some Rimmel Scandal Eyes Jumbo Eye Pencil thingies. I’ve always wanted to try them, particularly the bronze and champagne shades!
Toothpaste and dental floss. I believe in taking good care of the basics, then after that, dress ’em up.
Almay eye makeup remover pads.
Junk food probably LOL
Two packs of Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes! I love how they remove all traces of my makeup and leave my skin feeling like silk!
