I love them – I’m allergic to a lot of make up removers, they irritate my skin like crazy.
I get as much as I can off with soap and warm water and then anything else with Boots cucumber wipes which are really gentle and leave my face feeling fresh 🙂

love them! i don’t use them all the time, but they really come in handy when you need a quick removal. plus sometimes when i’ve done a really dark look, i like using the wipes under my eyes because it seems like there’s less irritation rather than using eyemakeup remover and a cotton ball or something. 🙂

Love them! They are great for people who are super lazy about washing their makeup off at night. I’ve been so much better about it since I started using the wipes. Just wipe it all off, rinse my face and to bed I go!

I love them! The ones I’m currently using are Lancome I believe, and they’re so convenient. Especially when I need to erase small boo boos while doing my make-up! I find them to be less oily than regular liquid make-up remover, too, which is a big plus!

Hi Christine, was asked to do a Professional Make-Up for work. Has been a dark-shadow-and-tons-of-eyeliner person. What could you recommand?

Gotta have ’em! They’re part of my daily routine. I use them after I to the initially face wash to get all the make up that’s left over under my eyes and such.

And I LOLed at the first poster. Yes, they’re very good for those nights when you’re just too drunk to do the normal take off procedures Hahaha!

I prefer normal liquid make up removers… to really feel like I have a clean face. But if I’m in a hurry or I’m too tired then I’ll use facial wipes. So I’m okay with them 🙂

I love love love them! They are a necessary part of my beauty supply! They are quick and easy! Less irritating and less greasy than liquid makeup remover. Also, wipes are much gentler than makeup remover pads. The pads tend to scratch my skin. OUCH!

I love them ! Especially if i’m tired and too lazy to wash/tone/moisturize my face at night. Neutrogena makes some great ones that come in a little blue box, and you can buy refill packs for it. They’re much cheaper than MAC wipes and I feel that they work the same, if not better !

I haven’t tried them. If I wear makeup, I either use Lumene eye makeup remover or for one stop cleansing, I use Shu Uemera Oil cleanser. Yeah it’s pricey but it takes everything off in one easy step. gotta love that!

They’re awesome for people that completely lose any will to do anything at night…I really do just go to bed with a wipe and start rubbing away as I settle in to sleep then I just blindly throw it in the direction of the trash and in minutes I’m asleep. Oh and a question for everyone, do you guys rinse with water after using MAC wipes? My cousin saw my lazy girl method and was just shocked that I didn’t rinse, it does leave a little oily residue but I really don’t care and I think it actually makes my skin softer. Just wanna know what you guys think.

i hav used mac wipes at their cco a couple of times and i got to say i love them but i got to say i am still not ready to spend so much on just wipes!

Angie Avatar

I’ve tried natural wipes and also mac wipes too, and I find them convenient if you are lazy to wash your face. But but but it can be pore clogging in the long run if you try to remove foundation especially if you have blemished skin. Do wash your face after using the wipes. So now I try to change over to other removers.

I use a makeup wipe every evening to get my makeup off my face and eyes and then I wash my face too. The makeup wipe makes it easy to get most of the makeup off since just washing your face usually dosen’t do it!

Ashley Avatar

I just can’t justify spending close to $20 on the MAC wipes. I usually just use my $0.99 Avon make up remover that works like a charm!

LOVE. I use Nivea Refreshing Facial Cleansing Wipes… I refuse to use anything else because they’re gentle on my skin, which can be sensitive (especially on my temples and cheeks) and really do the job of getting off mascara and eyeliner! They say it removes makeup AND cleanses but I still need to cleanse and tone after, mainly because I’m picky and can’t feel 100% “clean” by only using a facial wipe.

Jennifer Avatar

LOVE them. I use Almay’s eye makeup remover wipes for tough stuff that is waterproof, but to be honest, Pampers Baby Wipes work really, really well for most makeup and they are so much less expensive. I got around 500 wipes for $8. If you use 1 a day, that’s like a year and a half of wipes.

Jennifer Avatar

Oh, and also, I use these to quickly clean a brush between uses – just gently swish the brush over a wipe and a good amount of color comes right off. Not a substitute for a good shampoo, but good to do between shampoos to remove nasty build up.

Chloe Avatar

I have to admit that I use the MAC wipes but I just love them too much to not buy them! Even after I wash my face I use the wipes and, much to my surprise, there’s always still tiny traces of makeup left on the wipe. These things are phenomenal and I recommend them to everyone!!

Mandy Avatar

I love using makeup wipes! Just don’t ever use cheap ones!!! I tried the Walgreens brand and it left my face greasy and made me break out horribly (I usually have good skin.) Right now I use Almay and Ponds, which ever I happen to grab.

AMAAAAZING! i find my self barely wearing make up any more cause the make up wipes make me feel so clean so im always taking my make up off when i get home ! lol

BUUUUUUUUT! where do you guys go to buy them?? what do they cost for you???? i get them from walmart, all brands around $8-$10. IS that expensive?
