Im curious about the quality of this brush sets..
I was at a MAC counter and I touched the brushes. One of them immediately shed into my hand.
Damn…I heard the holiday brush sets sucked quality wise. I had a set from 2003 that I lost. They were pretty decent. I keep hoping they turn up!
Oh well… I was hoping the set that has the countouring brush would be good enough to buy since im planing of getting the 168, 239 and 217, im better of getting the full sizes ones.. I dont mind paying a little extra as long its good quality
The Viva Glam lipstick looks nice, but I don’t know how I feel about the set because I’m not really one for lipgloss.
They sell the lipstick separately, unless you want the bag, then you’re getting it free.
After skipping most of the launches for MAC this season, I’m liking the look of this one…please please MAC lets do these palettes justice for once!!

Again with CARBON… Carbon in so many of these, it seems! I will be eager to read your reviews of these, Christine. I honestly haven neither the room nor the desire for more makeup but that will probably change and your impressions will be very welcome to me.
Love the packaging they have done here. It is very 1920’s Art Deco. Almost has a Gatsby vibe to it. Let’s hope the quality of the product lives up to the pretty packaging.
Oooh, I’m quite excited about a couple of these! Particularly the eye bags. Drat 🙁 Back in Australia now so they will cost double the US price. Is it wrong that I am hoping the quality is bad (like so many MAC collections these days) so I don’t spend as much?!

MAC why the need to keep on putting lustre shadows in your kits? Don’t you know by now that we all hate them?
I thought Urban Decay had won me completely, but when it comes to Holiday Collection it’s hard to beat MAC.
I’m in love with this collection and I’m willing to buy the Eye Bag Violet and the Lip and Cheek Bag with pink lipstick that wasn’t listed :/ I’m also thinking about the Eye Palette Cool, but I’m gonna wait for swatches to check the colors 😀

Love the makeup bags and sets, however I wish they would offer limited edition colors in these sets, especially for the price point. I would also like to see more beige, bronze, gold, brown, nude tones in their holiday collections, HATE these bold colors they’re coming out with, also am sick of the pink tones they’re coming out with, they’re always the blue-pink or the dreadful peach pink that blends in with your lip, not the nice light pink similar to underage.
When does lip and cheek set come out, and where? at nordstroms or macys? Please let me know thanks! 🙂
