What was the last skincare product you finished?
What was the last skincare product you finished? Will you be repurchasing?
Origins A Perfect World with SPF 25. I don’t think I’ll be immediately repurchasing, but I really loved it and would definitely consider making it a permanent solution if you know, I could commit 🙂

Dermalogica Ultra Calming Cleanser. I finished a 8oz and then a 16oz and now suddenly it doesn’t work well for me. Blah. But at least I finished two bottles (the 16oz is the most recent).
The Body Shop’s “Seaweed Daytime Mattifying Cream”, it’s awesome for combination/oily skin and doubles as a primer! I’ve just purchased my third pot! 😀
I get shiny so easily, I may have to try this! I’ve been using L’Occitane Ultra Matte Fluid and am not impressed. Smells great but doesn’t cut down on shine at all.
Lancôme Tonique Confort toner, probably my third bottle. Can’t get enough!
Philosophy Clear Days Ahead Overnight Repair Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Pads. This is my 3rd repurchase this year and I don’t think I will stop buying it!
Cerave cream. I use it on my face daily and nightly. It’s a huge tub, but I finished it and am on my second one. Some people think it’s too heavy of the face, but it’s perfect for my dry skin.
Clarins Extra Comfort Cleansing Cream. I’ve been using this for 20 years so yes, definitely repurchased it right away. It is my ultimate cleanser for night time.
LUSH Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter – LOVE this stuff! I rarely finish anything, let alone rebuy! But this is a keeper and I purchase it for gifts for women AND men! It’s incredible!
I finished a bottle of Baobab oil, which I’ve been using as one of my many natural moisturizers.
A big tub of coconut oil! It has done wonders for my highly sensitive acne ridden skin. I will be repurchasing every time I run out!
I love coconut oil! It’s a great moisturizer, helps my teenage acne, and it’s a great treatment for my dyed, bleached, and severely damaged hair. =P
Origins eye doctor eye cream!
Skin79 White moisturizer. It was okay, but it didn’t really do much for fading the one spot on my face I had hoped it might. It was a little overly perfumey, as well, so I doubt I’d purchase it again.
I’m about ready to kill another Alba Shaving Cream, if that counts. I love those things, and will continue to buy them.
Cetaphil Oil-Control Moisturizer SPF 30(!) (with the purple cap) – great stuff that my dermatologist turned me onto, and then I got my husband hooked on it, too! It replaced my holy grail Biore moisturizer that I guess was discontinued because it just got harder and harder to find until, to my utter dismay, I couldn’t find it all. I went through cases of that stuff. The Cetaphil is a strong contender, though, because it has such a high SPF. I also have an unfortunate love affair with the Lancome Effacil makeup remover because it’s so expensive but oh-so-wonderful!
Pacifica’s Sea Foam Complete Face Wash. I don’t have access to it at the moment, and I have two other cleansers to finish off, but I do think I’ll repurchase it.
The Body Shop Vitamin E serum. I have two bottles on the go. It’s amazing!
Boscia Revitalizing Black Hydration Gel. I have normal skin and needed to layer an oil over this gel for enough moisture, but it really helped with clearing and shrinking pores.
Rodan+Fields UNBLEMISH regimen. Literally changed my life!!! I am so hooked on this stuff and had to become a consultant to support my habit, never thought my skin could be this amazing :))
SK-II facial treatment essence. Another bottle gone. Been using this for 6 years. Other than that Vichy anti perfection facial cleanser and my Clinique eye cream.
REN jojoba microbead purifying facial polish – what an amazing gentle exfoliator! I’m currently trying to use up another product, but I will be repurchasing soon…I have never found a scrub as gentle and refreshing as this.
By Terry Crème de Rose
Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micelle Solution … the big bottle 🙂 My favorite Makeup Remover. Will repurchase one day but not soon because its very hard to get it where I live. Meanwhile I will switch to the L’Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 purifying micellar solution .. you can get it easier and cheaper here.
It’s Cleansing Face Mask with green clay & propolis! It’s an amazing mask, it clean my pores, it helps my oil skin to be less oil, I love it! I repurchase it before it finish completely!
Clinique SuperDefense face cream. But I bought another one before it was entirely gone. This is something I always have on hand and use quite often.
Jan Marini Bioglycolic Bioclear Lotion. I have gone through more than 10 bottles of this, couldn’t live without it!
Bioderma hydrabio riche, I’m on my second bottle now and its nearly finished too. This is the first moisturizer I have ever repurchased and will continue to, it’s made such a difference in my skin!
I am nearly done with my bottle of La Rouche Posay SPF 60.
Ole Hendricksen Truth Serum. Love it and I did repurchase!
It would be three (all finished around the same time):
1. Kiehls ultra facial cream in the smaller size (the heavier version–there’s also one that just says ultra facial lotion)–loved and repurchased
2. Josie Maran’s Argan oil in travel sized bottle cause I’m too cheap to buy big one–already repurchased
3. Kiehls creamy avocado eye cream/treatment–it was a repurchase and I will purchase again in the future. Currently using MAC Fast Response eye cream which I also like.
Michael Todd Citrus Cream Moisturizer. One of the best moisturizers i’ve ever tried!!. It does the job without leaving any grasy residues.
Miaroma pure almond oil which I use as body moisturiser and Origins Brighter By Nature peeling pads – the only exfoliator that works for me, so I have no choice but to repurchase even though it is far too expensive for what it contains (40 pads) and for how quickly I use them up (2-3 every other day).
I finished two: Eucerin Redness Reducing Night Cream and LUSH Cosmetic Catastrophe Fresh Face Mask. I loved both of these products. I didn’t expect much out of the Eucerin night cream because it is a drugstore brand but it is the best night cream I’ve ever used for my acne-prone, combination skin. Heavy enough to be a cream but doesn’t break me out. As soon as I finish another night cream I opted to try, I will repurchase.
I will repurchase the LUSH face mask as well but probably not right away because I want to try some of their other masks.
It was probably Skin Drink by LUSH. I love that moisturizer and I have repurchased it about 10 times,
Peter Thomas Roth 10% Glycolic Acid Gel. It’s amazing stuff for keeping my complexion smooth, since my face doesn’t react well to manual exfoliants.
Definitely Mandom Barrier Repair Concentrate Serum – I think I go through a bottle every two months or so. I will keep purchasing for sure!
EltaMD UV Clear 46 and I’ve already repurchased it. It’s a great light weight sunscreen that doesn’t make you break out and works under make-up. It’s my HG face sunscreen; before I tried it, I’d never wear sunscreen consistently because they were always too greasy or just felt weird on my skin.
Malin+Goetz Grapefruit Face Cleanser and Vitamin E Face Moisturizer. I love them and will repurchase in a heartbeat! 🙂
* CVS Age Refine Face & Neck Balm for Mature Skin (their version of L’Oreal Age Pefect Hydra-Nutrition Golden Balm, but without parabens or mineral oil). I will repurchase at some point, when it gets cooler, and less humid.
* Witch Hazel. I always have this on-hand as a toner.
* Garnier Miracle Skin Renew BB Cream. I will repurchase at some point, but not any time soon. I really like it, but I have other similar products to finish.
Lush’s Cosmetic Warrior. Smelled terrible but did wonders on my skin, I got it for free 😀
I just finished a bottle of night serum from the Sisleya Sisley line and I’m contemplating a major change in my skincare routine. I am noticing some changes in my skin which do not make me all that happy, but they are what they are. I’ll be 50 in a couple of months. Anyhow, my skin appears to be starting to slacken a bit and I do have some sun damage on my chin and on the sides of my cheekbones from my riding days. I am also experiencing more redness in my cheeks. I’ve heard some good things about the Obagi Nu-Derm line but haven’t taken the plunge yet. It’s still working its merry way through my thought process.
Just today, I finished both my Collagen Serum and my Rosacea Control Serum from SkinActives. I should get my order in the mail today or tomorrow. I am never without this stuff. I have gone through many little bottles in the past three years.
Estee Lauder Vérité Moisture Relief Cream — it’s the only moisturizer my ultra-sensitive skin will tolerate. No SPF or emollients to combine SPF with moisturizer, which is why it works for me.
It has a lovely consistency that absorbs well and doesn’t feel greasy. I groan in ecstasy when I smoothe this over my face, neck and décolletage.
Clinique Take the Day off cleansing balm….i will definitely be repurchasing over and over and over
Acne.org Treatment Gel
Clinique’s Moisture Surge Intense Hydrator. I love it and will definitely repurchase eventually. I like to try new things so I wont repurchase immediately
TriDerma Facial Redness Repair moisturizer. I love this stuff. My skin is extremely reactive, dry, and sweaty at the same time, so I have a really hard time finding stuff that adequately moisturizes without causing breakouts or allergic reactions. This stuff is a great moisturizer (Aloe is the first ingredient – water-based moisturizers aren’t enough for me, but oils and I don’t get along well) and very calming. I already repurchased, this is probably my fourth tube.
I’m almost out of my Bioderma Crealine Cleansing Water, and that will be repurchased too, it’s amazing.
My skin hates new things most of the time, but I have some Chanel Le Blanc samples calling my name…
Cetaphil face wash
Lush Tea Tree Water toner. Already started a new one!
I finished a 50ml size of Liz Earle’s Instant Skin Booster Toner and a sample size of Clarins Gentle Exfoliating Brightening Toner at the same day. I now use both tones in full size. My skin likes this combination.
The next product I will finish will be a sample size of Chanels eye cream and a 200 ml Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish tube (I use it only in the morning under the shower).
Peter Thomas Roth Mega Rich moisturizer; the best thing ever made for my getting-older dry skin. It’s pricey at $120 for a large-ish jar but once a year, they do a flash sale and mark them down to $25 and I stock up.
Creme de la mer soft cream. Will repurchase!!
Paula’s Choice Toner for sensitive dry skin — I finished yesterday.
my jar of coconut oil. i use it for everything- moisturizer, hair treatment, lip balm, cuticle butter, etc. obsessed.
Avene Triacneal. Will use til I die!
Peter Thomas Roth Cleansing Gel
Peter Thomas Roth Camu Camu Power Cx30 Vitamin C Brightening Serum
Peter Thomas Roth Camu Camu Power Cx30 Vitamin C Brightening Moisturizer
Love this stuff, I have it on auto order.
Perricone face finishing moisturizer and the Nutritive cleanser. That stuff flies out of my shower!! :}
The last thing I finished was Dior One Essential, the serum
1. Chanel Lotion Confort- smells so good and definitely tones my skin, taking off excess dirt, leaving my skin feeling clean and ready for serums and moisturizer. It is definitely a repurchase!
2. Origins Dr. Weil Mega Bright serum- I have had this for 6 months and it works well! I noticed if I stop using this, my dark spots return with a vengence. Will repurchase soon.
DICKINSON’S WITCH HAZEL MY SKIN CARE ROUTINE IS NOTHING WITHOUT IT!!!
Bioderma Sebium Global. I just finished it this morning 🙂 It’s a godsent, it is at least as good as LRP Effaclar Duo but with less irritation and more moisture (effaclar duo really dries up my overly oily skin!). It is recommended for any acne prone, oily skinned gal with blackheads and all those icky stuff!
Chanel Lait Confort. I swear by it for all skin types!! Such a beautiful cleanser.
Good price, good size, includes a pump so it’s practical to use.
Has a beautiful light peach scent, lathers well and I’ve purchased it 4 times now <3
Desert Essence Blemish Stick and yes I am defiantely repurchasing. It’s easy to apply, I can carry it in my purse, and doesn’t irritate my skin. It does burn a little but I think thats from the tea tree oil.
REN cleansing balm-works wonder as makeup cleanser even for my sensitive and acne prone skin. I used this as my night time routine.
