Hare Polish What I Wore to the Revolution Nail Lacquer ($10.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a "blend of matte and satin hexes and squares in black, hot pink, and hot orange [with] sparkling silver shimmer." There are black, red, and orange hexagon and square-shaped glitters in small and medium sizes. There is also silver sparkle in the background. All of the glitters are suspended in a clear base. The mixture reminds me of Las Vegas, actually. China Glaze Razzle Me, Dazzle Me is the only shade I could think of that had a similar feel, but the composition is rather different. See comparison swatches. I wore one coat layered over Revlon's Rose Quartz, a dirty gold with a pink duochrome sheen (but very subtle), and then I applied two coats alone on my thumb nail so you can get a feel for the density/opacity on its own. It had good coverage in one coat and spread out fairly evenly.
