MAC Cosmetics Love That Look Collection – Swatches

Lo and behold, MAC has launched Love That Look and Baby Blooms a week early. I didn’t check to see if my Nordstrom’s MAC counter had it out, but I know my freestanding MAC store had it. The artists there told me they received an e-mail this morning telling them to put both launches out today. I’d definitely call your local store/counter before heading out, just in case it’s not out in your area yet.

Strike a pose e/s looks awesome!

And I am so happy they are re-promoting the pearl gliders! Gonna stock up on rave, fly by blu and black prussian!

Could someone tell me how Strike a pose compares to Freshwater or Deep Truth ( or even the previous starflash blue, Blue Flame was it…?) We don’t have this collection out yet. 🙁 Thanks!

do you think Ego and Grand Entrance are worth buying? i want more of a neutral, pigmented pink, not a frosty, sparkly pink like they appear….. more like a wearable color that will bring out blue eyes.

also i want glamour check and style snob. any other suggestions for a wearable highschool look? beautiful swatches! idk what to choose!

I just got Smoke & Diamonds and Style Snob! I love the colors and texture. Can’t wait to use them. I luckily already purchased Dreammaker about a year ago at a CCO. I still want to get a couple more colors, but I think my budget will prohibit it!!

Hi Christine! I just stumbled upon your website and I love it! I just subscribed to your youtube channel as well! 🙂 It sounds like we’re both NC30. How do you think Dreammaker, Glamour Check, Ego, Fashion, One Off, Unbasic White and Rated R looks on our skintone? I bought Smoke & Diamonds, Strike a Pose, Fashion Groupie and Grand Entrance a couple weeks ago and LOVE the texture. I’m still on the fence with the other colors. I really want to justify buying One Off and Rated R since I have light brown eyes with a tad of green around the rim, but I’m not sure if the green is too bright. I usually stick with greens like Humid and Greensmoke. Thanks in advance!
