favourite way to wear gray eyeshawdow is to wear a lighter one on the lid and a dark gray at the outer corner of the eye and pushed into the crease to darken it. I love a classic gray smokey eye.

I would have to say that my favorite way to wear gray eyeshadow would be in the crease, with a gold pigment on the lid, and a bit more of the grey in the inner corner, then all blended out!

My favorite way to wear grey is all over the lid with carbon in the outer V & crease to smoke it out.

I like to wear a grey eyeshadow under the lower lashline to complement a more smokier eye. It lifts the eye and makes it really pop due to the darkness of the smokey look. Makes a nice contrast and an interesting effect. Lower waterline should be lined with a dark grey colour to complete the effect.
I like to rim my eyes with gray eyeshadow and apply it to the inner third of my lid and blend it with a slighty darker shadow into the crease!

My favourite way to wear grey shadow is all over the lid with a matte black in the crease, and some black liquid liner.
I like to wear a silvery white eye shadow all over my eye area, with a dark charcoal grey in the crease. I think it makes my eyes look amazing.
my look is to put white in the corner of my eyes, then put a light gray on the lid(little over the white) then do a med gray in the corner blending that in to the light gray and a darker gray in the corner blended into the crease with a black liner on top(lid) and the gray shadows on the bottom lids. with a light pink lip
i dont like to use grey eyeshadow by itself, so my favorite way to wear grey eyeshadow is to make classic smoky eye, but adding little spark or some other colior to it, ex:by adding blue(or anyother color) on inner corners(both top and bottom lashline), and use light grey to darker grey on the outer

Grey eyeshadow looks incredible with pink. If you put pink on your lid, you can diffuse grey from the crease (darker) to a lighter tone under the brow.
Or, if you want to use three shades, put bright fuschia on the lid, grey in the crease and a light pale pink as a highlighter under the brow. It makes your eyes pop.
I only own one gray: Mac Après Ski which is a matte medium warm grey. I love to wear it on its own on my lid, I highlight with brule on the brow bone and I put black eyeliner around my eyes and add carbon on the external corners and under my eyes. It’s kinda a neutral smokey.

I can’t pick one. Grey is my favorite eyeshadow color. Love matte ones, shimmery ones…all of them. I love a smokey eye with greys and I love just a quick wash of color on the lid. My favorite grey is French Grey by MAC.

I would do a smokey gray eyes, where colors are sort of inverted. The lid would have the darkest color gray, then a lighter gray around the crease, then smoke the outer v with a black or an even darker gray for the contrast.

Gray is great for everything. But I love it with yellow on the lid, and gray in the crease. Or a gray smokey eye, because smokey eyes are always gorgeous 🙂

I absolutely love greys with light/dark blues. I would put nylon in the inner corner, with a light blue on the middle of the lid, blend it out with a darker blue on the outer third of the eye, then in the crease I would smoke the look out with a gray color. Wow…Grey…what a classic! I love a classic smokey eye using grey & black! Using a white/lt grey on the inner third, blended into a darker grey, blended into black that is then blended up into the crease! But, my thing is that i like using a matte faded into a shimmer…I feel it adds a bit of interest and fun! I have put a grey liner into the waterline as well on the bottom…just half way in tho! I LOVE GREY SHADOWS!!!

I haven’t been able to do a good smokey eye yet so my favorite way to wear gray eyeshadow in my crease with a bright pink color on my lid then blended very well. It tones down the pink and adds a really unique look. It helps if you use a more blue toned gray.

I usually line my lower lashline with a grey or tauper grey (Clue), regardless what other colours I am wearing.
I also love doing all-grey e/s. My fave is Electra all over the lid with Knight to darken the crease and to line my upper lashline.

I like grey with purple or green. There are many ways to wear. Electra on inner lid with humid on outer and some club in the crease. Beautiful iris on inner lid with charred on outer and some black tied in crease. The list goes on!!

My favorite way to wear gray shadow is to do a smokey eye, but to make it lighter on the inside of eye and darken it as I go out to my outer eye. For example: Inner Eye – Arctic Gray, Center Eye – Silverthorn, Outer Eye – Black Tied. Blend well to show the gradual darkening and line the lower lash line with a blend of Scene and Vex. Add some Plushlash in Black and voila!

My favorite way to wear gray shadow is over the entire lid, with brown shadow close to the lid and pearl or tan shadow as a highlight.
I like to line my eyes with black eye pancil and then blend out and mix with grey loose powder for a subtle smokey eye which is great for day time.

I usually wear grayall over the lid, and then a darker gray in the crease and outer corner. And then I smoke it out on the lower lashline. and then sometimes when im feeling special, i wing it out in a wisp of light gray. So you only see it in certain lights and angles. But I like it ;).

My favorite way of wearing grey eyeshadow is in a smokey eye, but often instead of a matte black, I use a dark navy blue! Also, I love to bring the grey eyeshadow to the bottom lash line in a smokey eye!

Feline smudged out from the lashlines and also on the waterline. Dark grey on the lid with a reflective silver on the ball of the lid and smoked out with black in the outer corner. Line with blacktrack and top with falsies for the ultimate smoky eye! I like to wear it with a barely-there peach blush and nude lips.
i love grey eyeshadow, it’s so versatile whether it has shimmer or its matte. you can use to darken any color and create a classic smokey eye.
personally, i like to start with a shimmer white eyeshadow in the inner corner of the eye, blending into a light grey, then a dark grey, then eventually a black shadow in the crease. black kohl liner on the waterline and slightly winged black liquid eyeliner with a few coats of black mascara to create the cat-eye look.
pair with a neutral, glossy lip, and its the PERFECT look. anyone can pull it off!

Well, I actually have two fave ways. For a more natural, soft look, I like to pair a dark, shimmery pewter grey with light pink. Pink on lid to crease, then grey for the V and crease & finally highlighted it with a pale opal pink on brow bone. For a more dramatic look, I like to line my eyes with kajal, smoke that out with grey & soften that out at the V & a little on outer crease with dark blue or purple.
Grey with silver, blacks or pinks!! Love!

I love grey eye shadows that pull blue. I tend to pair them with a deep, true blue: grey on the lid to the crease, blue on the lower lash line, highlight tends to be a white-pink.

I like grey as smoky eye – usually light silver on lid (like Cyber Metal X with a darker gray in the crease – currently using a Rock & Republic grey.
this is a look i did the other day. mac’s motif e/s on the lid and mac’s scene in the crease with mac’s print in the other v. it came out to be a dark gray at the corners into gray into purple-pink into beige-pink in the inner eye. very surprised that it had all those colors mixed in just using those three colors.

My favourite way of wearing grey eye shadow is in my outer corners under my lower lashes. Since I am asian, my eyes tend to be longer so i play this up by drawing my eyeliner longer in the out corners. To add drama i put a little grey shimmer right in the corners so that when i smile my eyes sparkle in the corners haha

My favorite way to wear grey is to create a smoky eye using different shades of grey. I use a light pearly grey for the inside corners and 1st third of the lid, a medium grey for the rest of the lid, a dark grey for the outer corner and a thin blended line in the crease. And then finish the look with a grey liner on top and bottom, then smoke out the lower lashes with the dark grey!
I love using a medium gray with a bright, bright silver. Its not a huge contrast, but its just enough to make that silver pop.
I also love using gray with a bright, vibrant blue. Or even dark blue.

I have one gray eyeshadow. Since I do not use it, I guess my favorite way is to keep it in the pot!
I have a couple looks:
I combine a warm-ish, dark gray with slightly pearlized bone-colored shadow and do a subtle but smokey-ish eye and use bobbi brown’s raspberry pink pot rouge as a blush and on the lips. This is a very balanced look, all the features speak on their own but aren’t too overpowering either.
I also love wearing a shimmery, light smokey with medium grays such as MAC silver ring and just a bit of black shadow on the outer V. this goes very well with peachy-pinky nude lips, such as MAC hug me.
