One of my favorite colors to wear on the eyes is chartreuse. It’s one of those colors I fell madly in love with from the get-go. I can’t tell you how happy I was when MAC made Lucky Green permanent! I love pairing chartreuse with deeper greens, blues, and teals.

At the moment I only own NYX Kiwi in this family. It works pretty well on me, but it is a bit out of my comfort zone. I need to muster some courage to wear it!

I saw that beautiful lucky green in a CCO this weekend, from the fashion flower collection. But I bought the populars kissables lipcolour in woo me and enchantee for only; $12.75 each. Now I wish I got the eyeshadow too. Beautiful color.
I was really into chartreuse before although I must admit, it looked awful on my skin colour!! I think the first and still my fave I ever had was Rated R, oh I loved the blue in that one too! I also had a Tarina Tarantino single one it was from a Tokyo collection, oh it was beautiful, just a hint of shimmer to it! Before I found Inglot (and I never had Lucky Green), I had the WnW Greenie palette, and Kat von D had a palette with it in it too…
My faves are Sweet & Punchy and Lucky Green. The lid color from the W&W I Dream of Greenie palette is a good budget friendly one too.
I love Inglot #343 it make a great transition colour as well being so bright.
Does this colour work on NC15, green-blue eyes, blonde hair?

Mac’s lucky green looks nice!
MY favorite shadow chartreuse shadow is called “Lucky Charm” by Fyrinnae. I usually use it as a color wash with a thick black cat liner. I’ve even used it to make a smoked-out liner sometimes and it’s a surprising effect. I’m a brunette/pale and I love the way greens look with my complexion.
I also think greens look amazing on women with deep skin tones!
interesting, i never really considered lucky green a chartreuse… i think of chartreuse as that yellowy pukish green lol.. like mac’s sour lemon!
I don’t own any chartreuse anything but I really want to give it a try. It is such a unique and fun color!
