5 Mean Green Nail Polishes for St. Patrick's Day

5 Mean Green Nail Polishes for St. Patrick’s Day

There are a lot of fantastic green shades to choose from–seriously!  I tried to pick a variety of colors/finishes within the green family, but feel free to peruse the green nail polish gallery for more 🙂

  1. Illamasqua Radium — bright, neon chartreuse green
  2. Butter London British Racing Green — deep, dark blue-based green
  3. NARS Night Porter — blackened green with multi-shaded green shimmer
  4. Zoya Holly — rich emerald green
  5. Essie Pretty Edgy — grassy green with a cream finish

What’s your favorite green nail polish?

Love green nail polish! Some of my favorites are China Glaze Watermelon Rind, China Glaze Entourage, Color Club What a Shock, Color Club The Lime Starts Here, Color Club Twiggie and China Glaze Cha Cha Cha.

Illamasqua Viridian. Magnificent colour, no flaking or chipping for 7-8 days, nearly imperceptible tip wear – all WITHOUT a base or top coat.

My favourites are probably Butter London BRG and China Glaze Four Leaf Clover. The latter is going to be my St. Patrick’s Day mani 🙂

Hoorah for CG Four Leaf Clover! It’s my St. Paddy’s manicure shade, too. I’m either doing it with a flakies top coat or with an accent glitter nail.

My favorite is OPI gargantuan green grape… it’s a matte but if you put a topcoat on it it’s the same as a regular nailpolish just fast drying and british racing green is so gorgeous!

Today I just picked up the Capital Colours mini set from China Glaze and there is an awesome green in the bunch! It’s got Agro… how fitting 😉
Can’t wait to use it!!

I especially love olive greens. I’m wearing China Glaze’s Agro (from the Hunger Games collection) and I also love my MAC Fatigues (though not an amazing formula, I bought it just for the color)… I need to get China Glaze’s Westside Warrior sometime too…

I have a cute polish I actually got in a set at TJ Maxx, it’s by theBalm, the color is counterfeit. It’s a brightish (a stron color but white is definitely in the mix because its not a true crayola bright) medium green, leaning on the bluer end of green. It’s very fun and I always get complements on it 🙂

Gotta love TJ Maxx, paid $10, got a set by theBalm: Jealous Jordana eyeshadow (LOVE!), a plumping lipgloss called Tutti My Fruitti, Stainiac, and this nail polish!!

I LOVE green. It’s just not one of the colors I seem to gravitate towards for nail polish, though. 1, 2, and 4 of yours listed are my kind of greens, though. CG Four Leaf Clover is my go-to Irish/St. Paddy’s polish with some sort of sparkly accent. Right now, I’m really wanting to get the green from Essie’s Navigate Her collection; it’s just a nice light, but bright springy green.
