5 Bright Teal Eyeshadows to Try
I have a very soft spot in my beauty-lovin’ heart for all things teal, and I thought this would be a good weekend to share with you some of my favorites! 🙂 I’d love to hear about your favorites!
- Make Up For Ever S234 Azure Blue — a bold, satiny teal
- Fyrinnae Gender Bent — a shimmery, bluish-teal
- Make Up For Ever D236 Lagoon Blue — a bold, bright, sparkling teal
- Urban Decay Deep End — a muted, shimmery blue-teal
- Inglot #338 — a matte blue-teal
I love the first MUFE one! I don’t own any teal eye shadow but if I had to buy one that would be it!
It’s really lovely – the finish makes it special, IMO!

I also have it, but am much like you, Wwendy. I don’t use it much, but it sure is eyecandy.
Might just be me, but when I click on “see side by side swatches” a shade called Darling by sugarpill which isn’t on this list is included instead of Azure blue.
(It’s such a gourgeous shade though…)

Oh yay, this is great! I just did a teal look today, with MAC’s Teal Pigment 🙂 Gotta love a good teal. Great top five.

Fyrinnae is gorgeous! I have some of their shadows that I haven’t used in a while. They have such beautiful complex shades!

They make it in liner form, too. You might try that for just a little color. That’s how I started wearing teal, with eyeliners, till I got more comfortable with them.

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Edgy Emerald! The name suggests a green shade but it wears like a light teal on my skin. Tenacious Teal is a deeper shade of teal in the Color Tattoo line…I haven’t tried that one.
Do you use it alone or more as a base, Toni?
I typically use it alone and simply add a darker shade in the crease and in the “v” area. I tend to use more neutral Color Tattoo shades as bases, like Bad to the Bronze. I just bought the Leather Color Tattoo in Chocolate Suede today…so pretty!

I also really like the L’Oreal Infallible shade Endless Sea.
I really like teal, but I wear it in eyeliner form more often than eyeshadow, I think. I like putting on a light, iridescent eyeshadow like UD Crystal or Armani ETK 23 and then wearing teal liner.
I like the color of Endless Sea but wish it was more pigmented for me 🙁 I like the subtle golden sheen to it!
Aw, that’s too bad about the pigmentation for you. I took some quick swatch picks of my Infallible stash for a forum I was on awhile back, and I definitely see what you mean. However, I always wear primer on my eyes, and have not had the same issues in using it that I did in swatching it.
Primer probably gives it the extra boost it needs 🙂
Teal is my favourite eyeshadow colour by a mile! I love using it as pop of colour. My go to eyeshadow is MAC Parrot but I also like to use Boots No.7 liquid liner in Mermaid and Kiko Long Lasting Shadow Stick in 09 Nile Green 🙂

I love and own several similar colors but my favorites :Christian Dior Pop Aquadelic and Loreal infallible Endless Sea. For a while this summer I wore the heck out of Endless Sea. Gender Bent is really pretty.Fyrinnae makes such vivid beautiful eyeshadows but they are sold out a lot.
Fyrinnae is tough to get a hold of, but worth the wait overall!
LOL, I think Deep End is the one shade/colour/thing that I have the most of in all of my stash! One way or another, I have two copies of the liner, and two or three copies of the shadow! Good thing it’s such a nice one ^_^

Haha! Now, the question is how often do you wear Deep End… in its liner or eyeshadow variety?
I have some teals, I hardly ever use them. They are a bit out of my comfort zone, I feel they might not do my eyecolour a favour. Sometimes I do use teal anyway. Just because the colour itself is lovely and mekeup is fun!
YES! Wear because it’s pretty ;D I do the same – some shades are more flattering than others, but not every day has to be “just because it’s flattering.”
I own one Teal eye shadow from INGLOT and I love it.. the MUFE one and Gender bent are so prettyy.. I must add these to my stash!!

Gender Bent is divine!
The Inglot one is too dark for my tastes. The Azure would be an awesome crease shade. I really love shimmery teals the best. The three in the middle are all very pretty. I have Deep End.
